Oh my goodness, how thankful I am for JB Plumbing! My 22-yr old hot water heater went out on a Sunday evening (not a surprise; had already gotten a quote from another company a few months earlier & was saving up money for this purchase). However, after putting in a call to the "other company" TWICE, and not hearing back from them, I searched for a reputable plumber in my area and found JB Plumbing. Not only did the owner, Jean, call me back personally after I had spoken with his office, but he came out the same day to give me an estimate. While he was here, I inquired about the pipe/valve next to the water heater, wandering if that should also be replaced. His answer was "NO". He said I did not need to waste $400 fixing something until it actually needed to be fixed. What a delight to find a company that values PEOPLE more than money. Jean was so kind, completely trustworthy, and clearly values quality craftsmanship—thank you, Jean! And his quote was far better than the one from the "other company", forget the fact that they still haven't called me back. When he scheduled my installation, he expressed that he wanted me to get to know the rest of his team, so he set up my installation with Kerry. It was equally nice to see how much Jean values the people that work with him, too! Kerry was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12. Kerry contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived only moments after 10AM, how cool is that? Kerry was so personable & professional that I readily knew I was dealing with a top-notch master plumber for sure! He took such care to make sure that everything was done precisely and TOP-NOTCH! Both of my sons saw the installation after he left, and both commented on his TOP-NOTCH work! Kerry even did things that were not part of the original estimate, like drill a hole through the wall to the outside, so that a proper drainpipe could be installed (he did beautiful work on that too). It is so comforting knowing that in the future, I don't even have to think twice about who I will call for all of my plumbing problems—the wonderful team of this family-owned business—JB PLUMBING! I HAVE FOUND MY PLUMBING FAMILY!

We called JB Plumbing Services for a sewer drain clean-out and were very pleased from the initial call to the finish. The customer service agent was a gem. Upon arrival Kerry clearly explained the process even when additional equipment was needed, he and John handled everything seamlessly. Both were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. JB Plumbing will definitely be our first choice for future plumbing needs.

I had my hot water tank replaced by Kerry Workman from JB Plumbing. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality workmanship he performed as well as his gracious demeanor and kindness to me in answering all of my many questions! He did an awesome cleanup as well. In addition, the company is very professional and keeps their customers updated concerning your job-related information.

Technician was professional, but next day, my new water heater did not get hot water to my handicap bathroom plus washer. When I called was told they could not turn up temp, but they could walk me thru it, as they did not want to be responsible for burning kids, but what about freezing a handicap elderly woman? I Pais almost $2,400 for a service that does NOTHING BUT PRODUCE COLD WATER!!! I AM FILING COMPLAINTS WITH STATE & FEDERAL AGENCIES I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF​

Unfortunately, there is not an option for zero stars. We suspected our dishwasher was leaking and called JB plumbing. The technician came out started the dishwasher and discovered the leak. He suggested we call others to see about the floor damage. Most importantly, unbeknown to us, he did not unhook the leaking dishwasher from plumbing, disconnect the power, or inform us that he had stopped the dishwasher mid-cycle. We did not think to ask about this, as we assumed the dishwasher would sit there until it and the floor were replaced. No options were given. He charged us and left. We decided to wait to replace the dishwasher until the floor was fixed, not realizing there was a ticking time bomb in the kitchen. After drying the floor out for three weeks, someone happened to fully close the dishwasher door and it started up again and leaked all over the kitchen floor! I am shocked. Who leaves a client in this position? At least give them the option to disconnect the plumbing and electrical or even pay extra and have the unit taken away. Needless to say I have called JB Plumbing back tonight (Thursday) at 9pm when this happened. A very nice service clerk answered the phone but the first appointment they have is next week. I have asked to speak to the owner. At this point I cannot recommend JB Plumbing, unless you are savvy enough to make sure the plumber did his job!

We had an outstanding experience with JB Plumbing and truly can’t say enough good things about their team. John, the owner, was incredibly professional, responsive and made sure everything was handled smoothly from the very beginning. His communication and attention to customer service really set the tone. Jake came out to repair a slab leak and was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to walk us through the issue and the repair process so we felt completely comfortable. His workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear he takes great pride in what he does. What really stood out was the care they took to protect our home. They thoroughly wrapped areas in plastic and covered the floors before starting any work, which we greatly appreciated. It showed a high level of respect for our home and attention to detail that you don’t always see. Slab leaks can be stressful, but JB Plumbing made the entire experience as easy and worry-free as possible. Between their professionalism, cleanliness, communication and quality of work, they exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend JB Plumbing and will absolutely use them again in the future!

I cannot recommend JB Plumbing enough! I recently moved to a new house and discovered I had several problems and leaks that needed to be fixed. Chris and Kerry have been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Their team is incredibly professional, and they get to you quickly – they've helped me resolve many issues that could have been major headaches. What really impressed me was their responsiveness, especially when I had a gas leak on the weekend. I was panicking, but they came out immediately and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Jean, the owner of this business is a saint. Our house is built on a slab and there was a leak under the slab. This was a very difficult job. Jean had a company to construct a protective "bubble" around the work area and there was barely any dust around the area. A jackhammer was used to go through the floor. Two leaks were found in the pipes. Jean quickly repaired the pipes. He then cemented the area and cleaned all debris involved with the job. The price we paid for such intense work was extremely reasonable. Jean and his entire team are kind and responsive. The problem my husband and I faced with this huge issue was handled beautifully and professionally by JB Plumbing Services. This is a business that cares and takes pride in their work and how they interact with customers. I am thankful I found JB Plumbing Services! This is my forever plumbing company.

If anyone is in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend JB Plumbing Services, LLC. My tankless water heater was not working and he was quick to respond with arranging an appointment. His communication regarding his arrival time, which included a picture for safety, respectful treatment of my home and quickness of the service he performed was astounding. Jean kept me informed of how the job was progressing. Payment was extremely fair and felt well under what I expected to pay. He had to leave to grab materials needed for the job and was back quickly. Everything about his services was efficient and professional. I could not be more pleased with the work he did and will use him again if the need arises. JB Plumbing team has been wonderful in navigating the unexpected adventures of owning an old house! This morning (Wednesday) I woke up to my backyard trying to create a swimming pool without my approval. John was reassuring to speak to before business hours and Rachel was prompt at getting us scheduled to have it evaluated and a quick two hours later Jack was there to diagnose what happened. He had a solution for the day to get running water to the house and will be back on Friday to update some galvanized piping. We are so thankful for how quickly the team was out to our house with a same day fix at a reasonable price point! And we appreciate how soon we were put on the schedule to get the bigger job done. This company did great work and saved us so much money! After discovering we had a leak somewhere between the house and the water meter, we got inspections and estimates from numerous companies and discovered we needed numerous repairs. Kerry's knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and willingness to help us stay within a reasonable budget impressed me. He was a pleasure to have in our home and the work they did was solid. They used a newish method to replace the underground pipe without having to dig up our entire newly sodded yard. Great experience with JB plumbing installing a gas line for our pool heater. Kerry is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He explained the process clearly, including the gas meter upgrade and system setup, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The work was well planed, coordinated with our pool timeline, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.
