A plumber named Robert arrived around 4 PM. He was polite and listened to my concerns about the plumbing issue. He brought in a high-tech camera to inspect the situation. Right away, he determined that it was time to clear the drain. He used a special tool with a chain on the end that effectively removes blockages. As he worked, a lot of gunk was pushed through, and I could see it wash past the clean-out. After rinsing the drain, he used the drain clearer one more time, and even more gunk came out. He then kindly re-set the toilet, connected the supply line, and patiently waited for the tank to fill. And then, TA-DAAAAAAA, the toilet flushed perfectly! They truly saved the day! I’m so glad I chose this service. The money spent was worth every penny, and I even tipped Robert for his amazing work! Plus, their prices were very reasonable. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! i was really impressed with the plumbing service i received. we had a clogged drain that needed urgent help. one of the plumbers came out the same day we called to check the problem. he explained that since we didn't have a clean out, they would need to go through the toilet drain to fix the clog. he also suggested installing a clean out to prevent future issues, which i thought was a great idea. at first, i felt a little uneasy about the plumber removing our toilet and working through the toilet drain, especially since we had just renovated the bathroom. however, he did an excellent job not only unclogging the drain but also taking care of our bathroom during the process. after finishing the job, he returned the next day to install the double clean out. he did an incredible job, and it looks like we’ve had that clean out for years. fantastic work! i will definitely reach out to them again and would happily recommend their services to anyone dealing with plumbing problems.
