John Untisz was great! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my HVAC system and took the time to explain it in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his help and expertise. It's clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If I need HVAC service in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jackson Comfort again.

Robert Griffin (furnace salesman) and Thomas Rogers (furnace technician) were amazing. Our furnace went out on Monday, and I had a different company come out to take a look at it. After 30 minutes the technician for that company, gave me a list of parts that needed replaced, totaling $3,000. He then brought up buying a new furnace vs paying to get the parts replaced. After having their furnace salesman give me a quote, I decided to have Jackson Comfort come out and take a look for me. Robert (furnace salesman) came out first, took a look at the furnace and instead of immediately pushing a new furnace on me, he walked me through the parts the other company said needed replaced. Robert decided to have their technician come out again with him. Thomas (furnace technician) spent over an hour looking at my furnace walked me through what was going on, and told me that only the capacitor needed replaced way less expensive than $3,000. At no point did Robert push me to get a new furnace. He seemed happy that we were able to just replace the one part. I will be using them again. They are honest, and transparent. I have one of their plumbers coming out because we have to get a new shutoff valve for our water main.

Amazing work. 13 yr old water heater finally went. Called Jackson Comfort and they were right out to my home to make the swap. He did an excellent job, was very meticulous at my property, put down drop clothes to protect the floors and carpeting and cleaned up all around the area in the basement after installation. A big job done in about 3 hrs or less. Very appreciative. Almonte Patrick, the technician who worked in my home was the best. Very appreciative.

Very fast response time! Water heater died and started leaking on Sunday morning. I waited until 7:15AM on Monday to call. Though I’m not a fan of having to talk to a virtual assistant, it was VERY easy to get through to a “real” person. (Actually, she sounded so nice I had to ask if she was real.) Emily dispatched a technician and Zachary Cameron (hero) was at my home before 8:30AM. I knew the job would be a challenge because of the tight space, but he was not intimidated - he smiled! Zach took great care to cover the carpet as he brought in his equipment and the new tank and removed the old. Zach showed me two code violations from the previous install (vent and gas line) and then got to work. He installed new copper water line, black gas line, a total of four new shut-off valves (3 water, 1 gas) and a high quality Bradford White water heater. A friend of friend told me that he would have done it for less, but I know it’s been done RIGHT this time. Excellent customer service, excellent plumbing work done by a professional (and nice) Zach. My thanks to everyone. I’m a new customer for life. ❤️

Jackson Comfort Services were awesome. After being cheated out of 1650 by another company, they reassured me that they were going to help me. They were here on time and explained the process completely. They added a few upgrades that my previous furnace did not come with. Anthony and the other tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad I went with them for my furnace needs.
