I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. J&R Herra got back to me within an hour with a quote at a reasonable price. They sent a technician out within one working day to replace the old unit and they added a couple of bells and whistles. Their technician was friendly, courteous and very efficient. I highly recommended them.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Sebastian was friendly, professional, and resolved my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that the company sends a personal text with a little background about who will be coming to your home, it made everything feel more comfortable and personable from the start. The front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Our tech Sebastian was excellent! He called when he was on his way, arrived promptly and put booties on over his shoes when entering the house. He found the issue quickly, explained the repair and got right to work. No mess was left behind and we would be more than happy to have him as our tech any time we need a repair done. We called after hours for immediate repair and the job was done within 2 hours of making the call. Couldn’t recommend Sebastian more!

Great work done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the Job done within an hour. The last guy that attempted it took over 5 hrs and didn’t do the job right. Michael did an amazing job and did it correctly. I will definitely be recommending J&R Herra to family and friends… Hell, even to strangers.
