J&M Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I had a backup in my 2nd floor shower. Your service rep was extremely nice and tried to unplug the drain with a powerful drain cleaner. That didn't work so he brought in a machine and unclogged it. Even though that shower does not get used very often I was really pleased that you were able to come out just a few hours after calling. I hope I don't need your services soon but I will definitely call you if I have a problem. I am 79 years old and I'm always worried that I would be taking advantage of. I would definitely recommend you because you are fast courteous and very nice people. I thought it would be much more expensive. Thank you so much for taking this problem off my shoulders.

I've called them twice now and each time they show up and are 100% professional and friendly. The do amazing work and are very straight forward with giving you information you need. They replaced my entire septic line, only took one day and was done super fast, and have come for routine maintenance as well. I recommend using their services completely!

I called J & M plumbing to clean and inspect our sump pump. They were very reasonably priced. I appreciated that the technicians came out during the time frame scheduled. Both men were professional and neat. You would have never known they were there. At some point our pump started to beep and the team at J&M came out until our problem was solved. The beeping was at no fault to them. Our system had never been reset since we moved in and turned out the sensor was too low. They could have easily told us our battery was bad and we needed a whole new system just to make money. Instead, they worked hard to fix our issue. We will be using J&M for all our plumbing needs going forward. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We feel valued as customers. Thanks J&M!

Update 12/1/2023 We got a service done with them again, New shut off vales put in and also a replacement dishwasher. Everything is great. Update 4/18/23. The owner came out himself in order to install our shower head for free which is the other job we wanted done but since the sink leak in the kitchen was so expensive we decided to wait. This company went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will use this company again for my home. The plumber who came out was very nice and wanted to lower our payment since it took him no time at all to complete the job. This company is professional and knowledgeable. My only wish is the price was lower since even the plumber who came out thought he could lower the price by calling his boss. But I guess supply cost is high. Nothing against the worker at all.

Very reliable company. John was my tech, very knowledgeable and explained everything and showed me the problem with camera. Did everything a homeowner could ask for. Also took the time to clean up and test everything. We could not be more pleased!!! Thank you J&M plumbing team.
