100/10 recommend, I had new light fixtures put it, our electrician, Braeden, did an amazing job, very efficient and polite. I also got a couple pipes fixed, the plumber, Dawson, was so kind to talk/explain what he’s going to do, never had a problem since. I would pick this business over any other any day!

Justin was honest, kind and patient (explained everything I asked about, which was alot). New water heater installed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend J&J.

We needed to have a drain for a wet bar installed. Service was easy to schedule with a low lead time. David C and Jack B did a wonderful job installing the drain and cleaning up. They were also very friendly and kind. We will definitely use J & J Plumbing in the future if we need any more work done.

We have been having problems with our toilet being slow to drain and gurgling. We had a gentleman out and he determined that the septic tank is full and needed a pump. We just had ours pumped two months prior so they came back out and informed us it was at normal operating levels and it is something else. Very frustrating to have a plumber out who may not be knowledgeable on various system components. The tech was nice but just frustrating to be charged for his "consult" when that wasn't truly the problem.

Jacob was great. He was professional and respectful. However, I still can't understand how we were charged over $700 to repair 2 electrical outlets. When I called to discuss my price with a manager, I was told the workers need to support their families. I will never use their services again. Very dishonest in my opinion.

I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter. He didn’t have PEX on his truck that day, so he safely capped the PVC pipe so we could turn our water back on and scheduled a return visit to complete the permanent repair. When he came back, David replaced the damaged section with PEX to allow for better expansion if freezing occurs, installed a much better shutoff valve, and even relocated the pipe farther inside the house to reduce the risk of this happening again. He confirmed there were no leaks and waited to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind. He wore boot covers every time he entered the house, kept the area clean, and was very respectful of our home. Pricing was explained upfront with full transparency. While they may be slightly higher than some, the quick response, professionalism, and quality of work absolutely made it worth it. I would definitely call J & J again and highly recommend David C. and their team.

Adam W. came and fixed a leak we had from our washing machine, it leaked into our garage and into our basement. He went above and beyond to fix it that same day and clean everything up (including disposing of a mattress topper that soaked up all the water that was leaking). We liked him so much and thought he did such a great job we had him come back out to do a full house plumbing inspection for us. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgable, friendly, and even flushed our HWT for us because it needed done. He went through the whole inspection report and made sure we understood everything. He is very laid back and you can tell he has been doing this profession for a long time with how easily he explained everything to us. I work from home and have two little girls and I feel so comfortable being home with him here working (which is huge for us Moms)! He wasn't just trying to sell us anything or get money out of us, he told us exactly what needed done and why, and also what order to do everything so we don't run into any more issues. I highly recommend for J&J for all your plumbing, electric, and HVAC needs. We use them for everything!

It's funny how things work, I used this company due to the vast amount of positive reviews (they inundate you with texts and emails post service to give said 5 star reviews). It costs $100 for them to walk in your door every time (standard fee they charge). Called for a simple fix to my corroding / occasional dripping below the kitchen faucet. Guy said there's no issue and no real fix needed. Then instead of fixing the issue they want to look at all your appliances/water fixtures to try and sell you on expensive/unneeded repairs. 2 weeks later the kitchen faucet was leaking bad after a couple days of non-use.! called and the lady was very rude and said they would have to charge $100 service fee again plus then any fix that was needed. Mind you a local plumber just fixed the simple issue for $140 total. So in theory if they came back I would've been down $200 PLUS the work needed to fix the faucet. Please beware they want to sell you on a yearly service plan and charge ridiculous fees to not even fix the issue. Do not recommend

Adam L and Clay were fabulous! Courteous, polite, and clear communicators. The initial service call was to fix a kitchen drain with a clog and fix a leaky faucet. After Adam L and Clay did their pre-service inspection , they were so open to discussing different solutions with the pros and cons, I also had them replace the shut-off valves because they were old and hard to turn. I decided to replace the leaky faucet all together instead of trying to replace the cartridge to see if that would fix the leak or not, because if it didn't I had to buy a new faucet anyway. The other services I believe were fairly priced. The cost for the new faucet, not so much, but the work wouldn't be guaranteed if I provided the faucet . I have had so many bad plumbing mishaps over the years, I decided to let the professionals do the install and have the two - year guarantee. Honestly, if Adam L and Clay had not been as honest and polite as they were, I would not have had anything done except unclogging the kitchen drain.

We’ve had a great experience with J&J Heating, Cooling & Electric and their annual service subscription. It’s such a relief having a true one-stop shop for our home’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general service needs. Most recently, we had a full electrical system inspection, and it was incredibly detailed and thorough. Scott W. took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure nothing was overlooked. He also installed a chandelier in our foyer, and it looks amazing: professional, precise, and done right the first time. We’ve also had our furnace and well serviced through J&J, and every visit has been just as smooth and professional. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Highly recommend J&J if you’re looking for dependable service and peace of mind knowing everything is handled by one trusted company!

This place is fantastic. I have had four different plumbing companies try and diagnose what was going on in my basement while it just got worse; Thank EVERYTHING that J&J sent Shandon C to look at the problem and he was so incredibly thorough that he found an extremely niche issue that was causing a domino effect in my plumbing leading to a massive flood in my basement. Shandon and Alex H were the lead people on the project that quite literally saved my house. If it wasn't for the diligence, dedication and experience of Shandon and Alex, I would have just had some other plumber fix my apparent issue again and my foundation would have caved in 6 months. So again, THANK YOU to Shandon, Alex and J&J plumbing 🙌🙌

Cannot recommend them enough. Called them at 4pm on a Monday with my main drain clogged and I was unable to use anything in my house... They were here by 6pm (offered to be here earlier but I had to go pick up my kiddo so they were gracious and kind enough to wait for me!) Dawson was professional, kind and explained every step of the process. Very easy, very reliable and great service, thank you! I've also had Scott W(? I think W) who worked with me on some electrical issues. Darnell and Jonah helped me with my furnace and AC and were both absolutely fabulous. Every time I have used them I have had a positive experience and I cannot thank J&J enough!!

Rob and Branden were friendly from the first hello through the completion of work. They thoroughly inspected and diagnosed my areas of concern, while patiently answering all my questions. They gave me an estimate, came the very next day, and repaired everything with pro knowledge and calm demeanor. This is my first time using J & J, and I am confident I will call them first for future repairs or add-ons. Also, Jake in customer service deserves a shout out for his kindness, patience, and follow-through. My phone interaction with Jake is the reason I took a chance with J & J.

The service that Anthony provided was really good for a first time customer. He gave a detailed description of my sewage problem and ways to tackle them in a professional manner. We went with they Hydro pump{?} option, but unfortunately couldn't make it same day, but will be able in a few days. However, he did try to call around to make it happen same day which I appreciate. Overall, a 5 Star service from Anthony i can recommend to anyone who just got a home or are having issues with their utility.

4 times now I have used J&J, Doug B helped us with our shower faucet. Excellent service and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. 4/15/26. I've used J&J for three different issues. HVAC tune-up with Anthony, water line repair with Scott and a new gas line to the gas range at my new home with Preston. All three were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely use there services again and recommend them to friends and family.
