I cannot say enough about this company. I awoke early Friday morning to water in the floor and under my kitchen sink. I was so worried that the weekend would cause extra charges or it would not be fixed till Monday. I called Josh Henry at 7:15am and he had a worker, Jason, there by 10:15 and by noon a new garbage disposal was bought and installed! He fixed a toilet that was running with no charge. The bill was less than I expected. I plan to use them again for a future project.

Excellent service. I called in the morning for a kitchen sink issue and one of the techs was out to the house by 1:00pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem (loose pipe under the house). He quickly fixed the issue and explained the process. I would use this service again. John

The whole team was friendly and courteous during the scheduling and start of work. Andy (technician) was easy to work with and listened to what the issue with our septic system was before starting the job. He did a great job of knowing exactly what needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. Once completing the repairs, the site was returned pretty close to the yard before the digging. Great company and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I called j Henry for help because I couldn't get the internet to work for me. Two young men showed up. I showed them the new commode seat and new tower I had and they would furnish the new flapper. I also needed the sprayer head on the kitchen sink replaced and did not have one. They said it would be $386 for them to do the repairs. I said no thank you and told them to have a good day. The young man said they could put on the new seat, the new tower and their flapper for $185. I let them do the work with the only cost to them being the flapper. It took about 15 minutes. They were friendly enough...

We recently had to replace our Rinnai tankless water heater. The issue came up suddenly on a Thursday evening. We called our plumber Friday morning and they weren’t able to help us but they referred us to J. Henry and we couldn’t be more pleased. They came out almost immediately that same day! Nate did offer to replace some parts but we decided that it wasn’t a smart financial decision to merely repair a 19 year- old Rinnai, so we did ask them to replace the unit. We also added a couple of recirculation pumps to help feed hot water faster to distant basins on the opposite side of our home.. They ordered those parts on Friday, the parts came in on Monday and they took care of us quickly. From talking on the phone to Ashley and Hudson, (who are very personable and polite), To working with Nate, the contractor and the men assisting him, we had nothing but professionalism, efficiency, cleanliness and purely great customer care. I have every confidence that if we have any issues, they will take good care of us. Oh, and they even took care of registering the unit with Rinnai!!

I acquired a clogged toilet on xmas! UGH!! I called J. Henry and they actually answered the phone. I knew the rates would be high due to the holiday - so, having a 2nd bathroom, we agreed that they could come on Monday. I was so embarrassed of the 'mess' in the toilet upon his arrival!! The young man was so, so very nice... never complained... even took his boots off outside!! He had my toilet un-clogged in 10 mins! I have never dealt with such nice folks! I will definitely be using again. Thank you...

J. Henry Plumbing exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Each of the employees whom I encountered were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions I had as the project progressed. I am very satisfied with their work and will recommend them when I am asked about any septic system work. They also came back and landscaped the area of the Septic tank and field lines. He did a fantastic job of leveling the yard. I would use J. Henry again and I highly recommend them.

Dustin & co worker were extremely courteous and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a very timely manner. I have had nothing but excellent service from the J Henry team when ever I have called upon them! Excellent technicians with great customer skills. I have used J. Henry several times including having them replace a well pump on a rainy cold night! Excellent service! Always very responsive and never had to call them back to redo anything. Every tech I have had was respectful and competent. I have several rental properties and my own house and will always use them for plumbing issues.

Our water heater failed over the weekend! I called J Henry after doing some research online they came highly recommended.They got to us so fast! The same day I called they replaced our broken water heater! Fast, friendly, and affordable! Thanks J Henry we will definitely call you back! When our water doesn't flow we will call the Pro!

Had a leaky pipe under the house. Jonathan showed up and was great. Fixed the leaky pipe in a terrible spot under the house. I asked him to put a valve on the hot water heater and found a couple more issues with the water heater. Explained everything before the work began and fixed it all in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a leak behind the wall in my bathroom and the plumber sent by J Henry Plumbing (Jonathan Haas) did an amazing job locating the leak and fixing it. He explained in detail what caused the leaks and how he made the repairs. They also charged a fair price after the work was done, which was lower than the original estimate.

The Owner and Manager responded personally to our service request. They completed a complicated task of removing shower tile, replacing a mixing valve and prepping the demo’d area perfectly for the tile person to replace with minimal effort.

These guys did a wonderful job clearing the drains to the sewer system and installing new toilets at VFW Post 2702. They saved us so much money by telling us what was actually needed. I highly recommend them for work.
