Izzy Plumbing

I was led to believe by another plumber I had to dig up my driveway to replace my water service pipe. I wanted a second opinion so I had worked with Izzy Plumbing in the past and called them. Izzy and Frank met me at my property on High St. in SLO with 3 1940 cottages. One cottage was having water pressure problems. Izzy asked if we had any plumbing work done recently. I had a new hot water heater installed with new water values and hoses. Izzy suggested we check the gate value that feeds the cottage. Frank checked it and confirmed it was not open all the way thus reducing water pressure. We had the tenant turn on his sink and flush the toilet and the pressure was great…problem solved!

Our customer toilet backed up. I called just before 9 AM and was told a technician would be out between 10 and 12 the same day. Anthony arrived just a few minutes after 10. He assessed the situation, offered me some different options, and he was done before 11. Problem was solved. He was on time for a last minute call, polite, thorough, knowledgeable about the possible cause and remedies, and he was fast. Will definitely call again for future plumbing issues. Thanks again.

Frank was great working with on our multiple tasks! We did notice some water , we believe, coming from the new sink drain. Will let you know if I can see any more leaking. But may not be a problem.

The salesmen showed up and started telling me he was going to sell me a $900 toilet when I wanted to only to reset. I showed him where the crawl place space was and he wanted to charge me $540 to completely check it out. He didn’t want to do it himself. The other company I got a quote from did all the diagnostics for free. Finally I was going to have to split the bill with the neighbor in the condo above. He starts to tell me that was not going to be a good situation. Finally he tries to tell me for this brilliant sales person to come look at our project was going to cost $85. Not unless you tell me up front. Wouldn’t use these guys if they were the only plumber.

I had a great experience with Izzy Plumbing! They were very responsive & helpful from start to finish. I had a mainline blockage & Anthony came out quickly & took care of it using a hydro jetter. The team was very professional & efficient. Great quality work, would definitely recommend!
