Had a water heater install. Did a great job making sure it was vented correctly and did a great job at making sure I felt comfortable with their work and information on how to maintain my water heater.

We had Tye and Brandon helping us this last 3 weeks. They found and solved more problems than I even knew we had. Today, David and John joined them to repipe our entire house - inside of 7 hours. All of them were polite, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I am very glad we chose Iron Horse when our house decided to have a really bad month!

We've used iron horse for many of our plumbing issues and will continue to come back to these guys. Our latest time we dealt with Tye for a water issue that we thought was small issue but ended up being a bigger ordeal than we thought. He kept me informed during the whole process and didn't do any work until he cleared it with me (this is a normal for all their guys there) and fixed the issue in less than a days work, and at a sticker price that shocked me in the best way possible. As a homeowner, we know plumbing issues can become a HUGE ordeal, so dealing with great contractors and workers who know what they are doing and do it efficiently are super important and hard to come by. I always have great confidence in these guys and will continue to boast about them in any way I can!

Be prepared to pay $900 if your pipe is clogged and need it snaked. I understand that some clogs are hard to clear out but I've hired many companies that spend 2-3hrs cleaning out a drain line and the max Ive ever been charged in 10 years is $350. Iron Horse Plumbing has destroyed that record. Im glad they were able to clear the clog inside 3 hrs because I guess their price would have been $2800+ had they had to run a camera up the line or actually use a cutter blade. I decided not to use their after hour price as it was almost double the hourly price ($175+ an hr per person). Thanks for clearing the clog but I will definately stick with local plumbers next time.

I have had great experiences with Iron Horse Plumbing. We have rental properties and the first time we used Iron Horse was for a gas leak repair that another local company had started and strung out over several days with no resolution. I called Iron Horse on an afternoon around 4PM and they were at the house the next morning around 9AM. The repair was completed by 2PM that afternoon. Have been involved with several of the company plumbers and they have all been professional, capable and personable. It is very clear they care about their customers.
