The team at Intelligent Service has been phenomenal. My heat went out, and they got back to me on Sunday and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, first thing. Geo, their service technician, was excellent and helped me understand what was wrong with my furnace and walked me through their solution to fix it.

Tech came out to review my request and give me a quote. That took 15 minutes. I then listened to over an hour sales pitch for home filtration systems. He even tested my water!!!!...TOTALLY miffed. Called another plumber 2 days later and recd a quote in 20 minutes for $400 cheaper..... This place is just as bad as ABC plumbing, 4 seasons and S and J plumbers... ..overpriced and sales pushers....

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I called several different companies to have my sewer drain rodded out as a routine maintenance job, no emergency, water backed up. After receiving the best price from intelligence plumbing, I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, the technician, Chris, who was great by the way, informed me that he was here to do an inspection, not the rodding service. It was then that I learned that, according to Chris, the person who gave me the quote was new and that I was given the wrong price. He called the office to confirm, and then gave me a new price that was about $500 more than the original quote! No, thank you!

I’ve used Intelligent for years (even before they were under the Intelligent branding) and have always been completely satisfied with their work. From the one time the old, iron waste drainage lines exploded right before I had to leave for school, to a simple faucet install, they have always been there for AC, heating, and plumbing needs. Always a great crew who are willing to explain what’s going on, don’t mind you watching to learn, and also emphasize how to maintain things once they’re done.

We have been using the services of this company for close to 16 years(since 09 when we had a remodeling done and they were hired as our plumbers). I trust Jason and Neal, and they seldom disappointed us. Of course there were some bumps along the way but usually it's from a hire that also did not work out for them. However, even with these bumps, they endeavored to fix the problem without hesitation and as quickly as possible..

We have used Intelligent Service for over a decade and have consistently enjoyed excellent service. Most recently we needed them to replace a shower cartridge in an old shower in an old house. It could have been an expensive fix given the old piping and framing of the house, but our service technician worked with us to carefully fix the problem without structural damage. This level of expertise and service is invaluable.

Was referred by my son who had used service before. Water heater pilot light had gone out during some wall board and insulation removal in laundry room. Jim the tech did a great job and explained everything. Called them on Sunday and immediately heard back from them with an appt for early Monday. Showed up as scheduled. Excellent experience. Felix arrived to perform a complementary flush of the hot water heater that they installed 4 years ago. He noted a rusting gas supply pipe in the utility area. A quote was given to replace and work was done promptly same day. Work was done well, clean work area and strong communication by Felix on what was being done and why. Would recommend their work.

These guys always do an excellent job. On three different visits, they installed a new AC, furnace, and humidifier. Their prices are reasonable; they installed the new units only a few days after I called; they got the job right the first time; and all the units were quality products. I'll definitely be calling them again if I need plumbing help.

Intelligent Service installed the sump pumps for our building back in 2016, everything has worked great. Ten years later, as they approach the end of their shelf life, they were back to provide us with the information necessary to make decisions. Their service is prompt and their plumbers are informative.

Excellent service, prompt and honest. I called in the morning and they arrived the same day for a no cost/ no obligation home visit for my issue. The lovely technician Jack trouble shot the issue and told me I did not have a good plumbing issue ( it was an appliance issue). I STRONGLY recommend them!
