We had a water heater blow out in our garage and flooded the new workshop I had just finished. We got a couple of quotes from various companies in the area. When we called Integrity, Russ (Owner), came to our house within 30 minutes. He provided a reasonable quote, and great explanation of our options for replacement. They offer a military/veteran discount. The team that came out later that afternoon included Stephen Libby who was fantastic. After they removed the damaged heater, it was discovered that there was additional damage. They worked with the water mitigation folks from USAA to clean and dry the area. When the general contractor that came to look at repairing the water damaged area would not be able to get someone out for another week, Integrity helped us again. Russ recommended a contractor that he worked with to come do the repairs. Once the walls were repaired and painted, Stephen came back and installed the new heater. He took the time to flush the lines, and make sure everything was in good order. He recommended heater settings and set them for us. The heater works great and the area looks great. I had a great experience from the owner to the technicians, and receptionist.

DJ and Clayton replaced a few old water heater tanks and replaced with a new Navien Tankless water heater for us. Pricing was fair vs the other estimates we received. I felt DJ had the best handle on what needed to be done plus were recommended to us by friends who had some work done by Integrity with excellent results. Had no issues with anything. They were in and out in less than a day and did a good clean install. Definitely recommend!

Thought we might have a burst exterior water pipe so I called Integrity. Their technician Cole arrived right on time and quickly assessed our situation. Fortunately pipes were in good shape-one was just partially frozen and he gave me tips on how to manage that situation moving forward. I asked about making a payment and Cole said there would be no charge as this was just information and knowledge that he shared on this visit. What other companies would do this? Probably none. They really live up to their name Integrity in their business. This was my 2nd experience with them and I can truly say their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and eager to share tips for the average homeowner so they can avoid future problems. They have definitely earned my business for any future plumbing needs. When I called the day before to schedule the appointment, Beth provided excellent service and communication and even had their Technician Cole call me in advance of his visit to answer a question I had about my pipe situation. I contacted Integrity Plumbing when my water pressure was fluctuating and flow was starting and stopping. The water company said there were no issues with their system in my area so I assumed the problem was in my home plumbing. After a little Google research I thought my pressure regulator had failed. Integrity Plumbing sent a plumbing professional immediately (within an hour or two) to check our plumbing. I told him that the water was working fine and suddenly stopped, then worked intermittently. He gave me a price to replace what I was guessing was the problem but he was not convinced that was the solution. He said he observed some repair activity a couple of miles from my location that could be causing my problem. I rode up to the area he mentioned to find water flooding the highway and the water company installing a new valve. When the water line was repaired my house system worked as always. Thanks to Integrity Plumbing for saving me from replacing components unnecessarily. They will be my first call the next time I need professional plumbing services.

Each time I call Integrity, I get honest feedback. I get very fair pricing. I have tried several plumbing companies in the area and Integrity Plumbing is the most consistent and honest company that I have worked with so far for plumbing. I would not use any other plumber. I have called integrity plumbing for a few jobs. Some things as simple as installing a toilet. Others are a little bit more complicated like finding a cartridge for a no-name brand faucet the previous homeowners installed. Recently, they put in a hot water heater because my Rennai hot water heater finally failed on me, which was extremely disappointing. Integrity Pluming was very honest though, and we're able to get me a replacement same day. The Navien unit that they installed was exactly what they promised. I have better quality hot water. It has a fewer operating cycles based on the size and capacity. The install went very quick, and they ensured that all of my piping and lines were sized correctly.

We recently had a pipe that was completely clogged. Water would not flow out of the toilet. We believe that something was stuck in the pipe that one of the grand kids may have thrown in. I called Integrity plumbing and explained the problem and they were able to send someone over right away. I was concerned that this was beyond what they could do. I was wrong! They had it fixed by sending a snake cleaning tool down the pipe and in no time at all it was cleared and usable. They were on top of everything in a very quick, professional manor at a reasonable cost. I can't imagine calling any one other than Integrity Plumbing when I have issues that need to be fixed right away. I have used them many times over the last many years to fix things that a 20 year old house will have for normal wear and tear problems. Thanks Russ, you guys are the best. That is the reason that the other plumbers and companies call Russ, "Mr. Plumber". He is the man.

We decided to install the wood burning stove and we contacted few companies to get appointment for the estimate. All except the Integrity Plumbing seems to be not really interested in doing that (but later on keep sending me messages - yes we are interested) With Integrity Plumbing we set up appointment, they came on time, we discussed our job, got real estimate. After we bought the stove, they came again to make sure everything is ready for the installation. Again on the installation day they came on time with all needed parts and tools and done it professionally in half a day. Now we have real flames and heat even in the blackout. Highly recommend this company.

I called Integrity Plumbing one afternoon to request a quote on a replacement tankless water heater. Russ, the owner of the company, showed up at our house less than 45 minutes later and gave us a competitive quote. I was very impressed with Russ who really seemed to know everything about Navien water heaters. Integrity Plumbing was able to start and finish the install that very afternoon so we had working hot water by the evening. The new water heater looks and works great, and they were very conscientious to leave the install area better than they found it. Highly recommend this locally owned company.

We contacted Integrity Plumbing to remove our aging tank water heater and install a new tankless. Scheduling an initial visit and quote, as well as the actual install, was a smooth process. Communication was clear and easy. Wyatt did a fantastic job and was helpful in understanding our needs, answering all of our questions, and keeping us informed during the install. We really appreciate when companies take their work seriously and put a premium on doing a good job. We are relatively new to the area, and it is reassuring to know that we now have a plumbing company that we can trust going forward.

I Heard a faint sound of running water. Checked the flow rate at the meter and guessed there must be a leak under the slab. Called Integrity and they came and verified my assumption. Advised I get American Leak Detection to come in and pinpoint the leak which I did. Integrity then came out and jackhammered through the slab directly over the leak. Had the leak repaired and concrete poured into the hole in the slab in about four hours. They came back a couple of days later after the concrete cured and put the carpet and furniture back. They were very neat and cleaned up everything.

*future customer* I made a search for local plumbing, found integrity. I checked their website and filled out the contact request. Within an hour someone called me to schedule an appointment for the next day at the time most convenient for me. Further investigation of the job I called them showed that the appointment wasn't necessary, so I had to call and cancel. You all were informative, prompt and provided the quickest website to customer response I may have ever had. When we do need further help, I'm calling integrity. Thanks Again!

Integrity Plumbing is a pleasure to do business with. Whether big or small they always do a great job. When there are multiple ways to accomplish something the owner suggests better and/or more cost effective ways to get the job done. If you need a plumber in the Upstate there is no reason to look further. Edited to add: 04/2026 I just did another project and once again they hit it out of the park. Integrity Plumbing will always be my go-to plumbers!

We had a “minor” kitchen problem that turned into something more than we could manage. We called several locations before calling Integrity. Not only did they come on the day that I called, but within the 2 hours after I called!
