lowkey been burned by hourly billing plumbers before. flat rate changes the whole dynamic when you're watching someone work
Faucet repair in the kitchen was a quick job but they treated it like any other call. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave the flat rate, fixed it. No sense that a small job was less important than a big one.
As someone who has owned homes in Warren County for over twenty years, I have dealt with more plumbers than I can count. The combination of same-day availability, flat rate pricing, and a tech who actually wore boot covers without being told is not something I've encountered consistently before this company.
Had a gas line concern after smelling something faint near the stove. Called and they took it seriously immediately, came out within a couple hours, found a small fitting that had worked loose, and repaired it the same visit. I appreciated that they didn't make me feel like I was overreacting.
