Integrity Plumbing and Drain Service

I had an emergency plumbing concern that occurred later in the evening and Integrity Plumbing and Drain was able to come out the same night to diagnose and resolve the issue. They did great work, were reasonably priced, and explained what was needed. Several other local companies were booked until at least later the next day. I highly recommend their service and will use them again for any future concerns.

After not having a running sink for over a month! They were called at 7 am in the morning and came out and had it fixed by 12:30 pm!! 5 and half hours to get what we needed done and that’s including going and buying everything needed done also!! I couldn’t have been more appreciative of the job they did and how great it works and looks now!!

This company truly lives up to its name! This is our second time using Integrity Plumbing, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The first time, our bathtub kept backing up despite multiple failed attempts from other companies. Integrity came out, got it unclogged, and we haven’t had a problem since! This time, Devin from Integrity showed up and did an excellent job fixing our leaky garbage disposal and the pipes under the kitchen sink. He clearly knew what he was doing and worked efficiently. On top of that, he gave us a fair and affordable price! No other company compares to Integrity Plumbing. Thank you for your outstanding service—you’ve earned a lifelong customer! 😁 **** Once again I want to thank Devin and Jaden on snaking my drain once again and finding a toy plastic car in the drain. Also for installing the new faucet and trap with ventilation under my bathroom sink. Thank you Integrity!

I have one of the new construction condos where IPS was the plumbing installer. I figured I would reach out to them to install a water softener system I bought as they should know the ins and outs of all the piping. I had 3 other plumbers physically come out and quote me. IPS though, said they don’t even need to come out, and emailed me a quote quickly. I accepted and scheduled. 30 minutes prior to the 8-11am window, they said I have to reschedule due to company error. Since I took off work to be present, I asked Teresa there’s any discount I can now get as it’s the company’s fault and not mine, she said nope. Whatever, I rescheduled a couple days later and took off work again. Plumbers showed up, investigated, and immediately were questioning the quote that was given to me, as they claimed there was a lot more needed. The guy said we likely need 4-5 hours of work and it’d be ~$400 to do, and they would need to reschedule.. I said if IPS is willing to break a good deal, as not only did they fail to uphold their original quote, but now I’m rescheduling twice. Teresa very quickly sends me a new quote via email while the plumbers are still here and it’s for $1300! How ridiculous, the plumbers walked out with their tails tucked.. I questioned this yet she blamed the reasoning on me for not telling IPS the water softener system has a salt tank and that there’s not much room for installation as if they didn’t do the plumbing for the place? She offered absolutely zero resolution to make a happy customer after multiple failure points on company’s behalf. I couldn’t warn you enough to stay away from Teresa and this company.

The crew did a good job installing the new water heater. They were professional and everything is working well now! They were a bit late dealing with other jobs, so the job had to be done the second day. There was a little issue in the end since it took me a while to receive the receipt. Home Depot works with Crew 2 that actually scheduled the job with Integrity Plumbing and Integrity Plumbing just recently started working with Home Depot/ Crew 2. So there was some confusion , but was sorted out in the end.
