After excavation, John fixed my problem, calling me and keeping me informed about what was going on! I so appreciated his competency and people skills!!! I had a great experience with Integrity plumbing service when they replaced my hot water heater. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They responded quickly to my call, showed up on time, and clearly explained the issue and my options before getting started. With the age of my water heater I decided to replace my unit. The installation process was smooth, and they made sure everything was up and running perfectly before leaving. They also took the time to clean up the area, which I really appreciated. The new water heater works flawlessly, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement. Overall, the service was reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work and will be using them again in the future.

Yesterday, I had an emergency water leak and called integrity. They charge $79 flat fee just for assessment, and instead of focusing what I actually needed at the time the technician tried to sell me the most expensive service that I didn’t need it! When I asked about a possible discount they refused even to discuss it ! After that, I called Roto-rooter and they provided a free evaluation. Their assessment was professional, clear and HONEST! They gave me a much more reasonable price and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary work. I really appreciate it the professionalism and would definitely call them again in the future. Based on my experience, I would not recommend integrity. It felt like the technician was more interested in selling than helping. I strongly recommend avoiding this company or at least call another company for the second opinion before agreeing to any service with Integrity.

We’ve used Integrity Plumbing several times and they’ve always been incredibly responsive, often able to come out the next day. Their service has been excellent every time. A special thank you to Luis—he’s helped us on multiple occasions and has always been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
