Today has been a bitter sweet day, after having my home remodeled I noticed water started backing up into my shower. Then I reached out to Integrity Home Solutions as I have in the past. Low and behold it was a process to tackle the problem but Brian R. did everything he could to get to the bottom of the problem. Which was rags that were in my plubming from the work I just had done. Furious to see. Yet, again Brian did an exceptional job, which made the day a much better one. Thank you I.H.S.

Sold me a 3.5 ton unit when my home only needs 1.5 ton. This caused issues with my ducts that I didn’t find until 2 years later. I had a load report done and found out I was taken for an additional $5,000-$7,000 because I didn’t get a second opinion. Nothing to do now since it’s been years but I’m still mad about being exploited like that.

Jason L was amazing. Highly recommend. UPDATE: DO NOT work with this company! They are a scam! Every time we allowed them to come in for an expection, they tried to push costly repairs. They tried to charge me a renewal when I repeated declined any of their services. I've never dealt with such an unethical company.

Another outstanding visit from Integrity Home Solutions! On December 3rd, I had a Whole House Plumbing Inspection completed by TPL – Mark Robinson, and once again the service was impeccable. Mark is the definition of a clean-cut, professional service tech. He communicated his ETA by both text and phone call, arrived exactly as scheduled, and carried himself with the same integrity and expertise I’ve come to expect from this company. He performed the inspection strategically—minimizing water shut-off time to the home—and handled each step with precision. Mark drained and refilled the hybrid water heater, confirmed the hot water recovery was performing perfectly, and thoroughly inspected the water heater, water softener, Flow-Tech conditioning system, and every shut-off valve throughout the home (laundry room, kitchen, master bath sinks, toilets, showers, jetted tub, and guest bath). He also provided a clear written estimate for replacing both of my 11-year-old toilets, offering three solid options to consider. And when the time comes, I will absolutely be requesting TPL – Mark Robinson to do the installation. Friendly, capable, and genuinely grateful to help—Mark brought the same “worry-free home” attitude that keeps me returning to Integrity Home Solutions time after time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another five-star experience! July 30th – Integrity Home Solutions is top-notch! Joseph Silva (TP - 6291) was fantastic—he removed my 11-year-old American Standard pull-out spray faucet (with 5 spray functions I loved!) and replaced it with a stunning KRAUS Artec Pro in Spot-Free Brushed Brass/Matte Black (KPF-1605BBMB). He also replaced the ancient hot and cold water valves, found and fixed the source of the leak, and installed a Flow-Tech water conditioning system—a non-ion exchange solution that prevents scale buildup without the maintenance or slippery feel of traditional softeners. Joseph’s communication was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and is scheduled to return to complete the whole-house system with a DUO Softener & Carbon Filter. To finish the install, I paired the faucet with a custom combo Lava Odoro Soap Dispenser—black base and brass pump (models KSD182-SG & KSD182-MB)—a perfect match! True professional, clean install, excellent experience. Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me and opened my eyes to the many different ways to correct and/or replace/repair my multitude of plumbing issues. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He too educated me about the electrical aspect of my home and what needed to be done. Although the decision on who will be doing the jobs has not been decided, I highly recommend that Integrity be one of the companies that is used in your estimate process. Brian came out after 8pm to repair a pipe leak that was caused by Sunshine 811and/ or the City of Tampa not doing their job to indicate where the water line was and fence company hit the water line. Brian made sure I got the best deal and fixed the line. He did an excellent job

Good experience, responsive and fast service. Needed a compressor for my POS Carrier unit that’s needed regular repair service every other year since we bought it 6 years ago; thankfully the whole system is still under factory warranty. All the AC techs I’ve spoken to say “they don’t build them to last anymore”, I think the company who sold me the unit sold us a lemon. Not Frank Gay/Integrity Home Solution’s fault. Julio M. repaired it and got it going asap. Price was comparable to other estimates I got. Went with these guys because they had good overall reviews and have been around for decades.

Shane was kind, professional and overall the best person for the job! As my life continuously fell apart with the horrible news of my old, crumbling, pipes, Shane took the time to walk me through his work throughout the day since I was pretty nosy. I can’t forget to mention his work partner Brent who also spent the entire day in the heat helping put my life back together. I was just so thankful to have those guys here all day because finally i can do laundry again!! I’ve used Integrity Home Solutions multiple times and each time i’ve had such great experiences.

We had Frank Gay come out to repair a broken main water line to the house. The technician that came to do the repair was TPL-Torey (TJ) Toplyn. Torey was amazing from start to finish. Explained the repair, fixed the broken line and stayed after turning the water back on to make sure there were no other issues. He was courteous, efficient and thorough. We would definitely recommend Frank Gay and especially Torey to anyone looking for plumbing services.

LPL-03 Lucas. Hackney I can’t say enough good about these guys. I called them they said they will be here between a certain time and they were prompt. Lucas looked at the job described what needed to be done gave me a price and he went to work having everything he possibly needed to get the job done. He walked the job through with me when he was done and they did an awesome job very professional and quick. Thank you Frank Gay! I highly recommend you.

This company was amazing! From the kind lady that answered the phone to the technician Shane who was able to make it out same day. Shane was thorough and explained everything to me. He doubled and triple checked multiple times to make sure the backup was cleared. He was even patient with my yapping yorkie. I highly recommend this company!

Jordan found the problem right away. Helped my cool off the house. Didn’t tried to sell me anything. I asked questions and answered in a knowledgeable way but easier for me to understand. Jordan was on time as promised and he cleaned up the area where he was working. Very respectful and friendly. I will definitely then again if needed.

First contact was Al who was very professional and responsive. Shane came out on a Saturday and quickly assessed our issue and worked diligently to try and resolve the issue today. Unfortunately a busted water feed to our house, under a 30 year old oak tree, is not easily or quickly fixed. Highly recommend Shane and this company.
