In Demand was amazing to work with. I got a next day appointment and Eli showed up promptly at our scheduled time. He went above and beyond to find the leak in my house and ultimately found where the issue was. He was extremely honest and personable throughout and the charge was very reasonable. I'm calling these guys going forward - highly recommend them!

Vince from In Demand did an amazing job. I worked with them previously to upgrade my master and guest room sinks, but I had a sudden water leak. Vince came promptly, diagnosed the issue, found the source of the leak, and gave our family peace of mind. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and a master at his craft. 10/10.

Excellent customer service from Ben. Wonderful technical service by Vince. From our initial call report a problem with a leaky shower valve, I was extremely satisfied with the friendly, professional, and technical expertise. The plumbing technician, Vince Mares, expertly assessed and diagnosed the problem, quoted a fair price, and was transparent as to what the scope of the repair would be. The company was very easy to business with. They utilized phone calls, email, and text communications to inform us regarding scheduled appointments. I especially liked their customer portal to view photos of the damage and what was done to repair the problem. We will repeat as customers for any future needs. Excellent experience!

Thanks for the repaired pipe(s) that can’t be covered like the existing one that was there. Looks like a great job that’ll hold for the long term but very conspicuous. Oh, and the effort in cleanup when the job was done… none. Overpriced, look for someone else for your outdoor needs. The worker was nice and very polite to my wife but the job could’ve been better for that robbery of a price. They wanted/offered to charge almost another $$$grand$$$ to replace our wheel handle… and something with our irrigation system. Really? Shop around. Make your own decision.

Elijah, was an absolute delight. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. His strength was truly remarkable; he effortlessly lifted that heavy water heater up like he was Hercules! I must admit, I’m not even close to being strong enough to lift that by myself. I am truly grateful he came to rescue us, no more cold showers! Only hot ones 😉!
