My water heater had been leaking for a while. I contacted Imlay Plumbing and they came out right away. They replaced the water heater quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price.They had to move the old one, filled with sediment, up my basement stairs. The new heater is amazing, works great, and it's even strapped to the wall now, which I should've had done years ago. The whole area is spotless. I'm so impressed by their service, friendliness, and I can rest easy not having to worry about the leak anymore!

I was first recommended Imlay Plumbing when I moved to the area in 2018, and they’ve been the only plumbing company I’ve recommended to friends and family ever since — and here’s why: they are honest! No hidden agendas, no surprise costs — I truly feel that they care about their customers. Multiple coworkers suggested them, and my first experience was when I had water hammer in my walls. The plumber who came out was punctual, professional, and efficient. He replaced my pressure reducing valve, didn’t waste time or run up the bill, fixed the issue, and answered all of my questions. I felt completely comfortable having him work in my home. Since that experience (I have had other great experiences), I’ve recommended them to my family, friends, and acquaintances for years, and it’s no surprise that they’ve all had great experiences too. The reason is because they are good at what they do and they are honest with their business. Simply put they won't take advantage of you. I don’t write many reviews, but I wanted to share this recommendation with anyone reading. They will take care of you, and you won’t have to stress about who to call for plumbing issues, they are honest! Thank you to all of Imlay plumbing for always being responsive and kind.

Imlay Plumbing was fantastic. We were serviced by Austin and Bryan. Great guys that worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done! Very courteous and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone interested in great service and exceptional quality work.

I had Imlay's Excavation team out to install three new water Service connections which included trenching the road, installing the meter pit, valving and a hot tap on an 8 inch water main. The two leading the team (Justin & Luis) as well as their other plumber who's name I didn't catch were all professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They were careful when finding the water main searching with precision and patience. They left the site nicely compacted after trenching, the road in better condition than it started and the Residents property in a clean and tidy manner. To such a point that the resident was ecstatic of how they had rearranged all the rocks. Thank you for all the help and I look forward to using you again in the future.

Jason and Omar did an amazing job with our new water heater. They worked diligently, cleaned up, and were polite and professional. Jason was friendly and respectful. Could not have asked for a better job!
