Found my A/C had failed on Saturday morning and they were able to come out same day to repair my outdoor unit. There was an additional weekend charge but it was very reasonable rates.

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited just replaced my water heater (an AO Smith, about 19 years old) with a new AO Smith Pro-Line. Kevin was the main person on my install and he did a very nice job; he cleaned up well, gave instructions to follow after our main water line was turned back on, check the water temp, asked if we had questions, etc. He was very customer service oriented. Mark, the supervisor, is fantastic, and answers questions clearly. They were more expensive than another quote I received but got it done that same day (vs. other plumber who would have taken longer), so it was worth it for us to pay the extra money. I definitely would recommend them again.

I had HVAC Unlimited perform inspections on my Carrier HVAC systems (heat pump). During the inspection, the tech discovered one of the fuses failed. After replacement, the compressor blew immediately. Not the techs fault, and he tried to be as helpful as possible. Next day, the “install manager” arrives to quote a replacement system. After stacking multiple discounts, the quote was >$5k higher than another Carrier authorized dealer in the area for the exact same system. They use bad sales tactics of inflating prices to then offer “discounts” and the final price is still uncompetitive. I am only leaving this review because after the inspections, I keep getting nag emails from HVAC Unlimited to leave a review on google. After asking for these emails to stop and cc’ing the company owner, they persist. So- here you go. Avoid this company. Find one more honest.

I have used HVAC Unlimited since 2019. While in the past I have always found their staff courteous and their technicians competent, this past time I found their service lacking. While their invoices say we have 30 days to pay the invoice, they harassed me for payment, would not even schedule a warranty call for the service they performed which did not even fix the original problem with the garbage disposal. There is plenty of competition in the market - I'd think HVAC Unlimited would do more to keep their long term customers.

In 2023, HVAC replaced two very expensive, custom AC/Heat units in my condo. Custom built because the building is so old. They have inspected annually since then. It works well, and they have good technicians, good service. My only beef is that they want to install a water leak alarm at a surprisingly high price. I'm going to find someone more reasonable.
