“I had HVAC Unlimited perform inspections on my Carrier HVAC systems (heat pump). During the inspection, the tech discovered one of the fuses failed. After replacement, the compressor blew immediately. Not the techs fault, and he tried to be as helpful as possible. Next day, the “install manager” arrives to quote a replacement system. After stacking multiple discounts, the quote was >$5k higher than another Carrier …”
“I have used HVAC Unlimited since 2019. While in the past I have always found their staff courteous and their technicians competent, this past time I found their service lacking. While their invoices say we have 30 days to pay the invoice, they harassed me for payment, would not even schedule a warranty call for the service they performed which did not even fix the original problem with the garbage disposal.
