Hurlburt Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electric has some very qualified people working for them. The two that did the great plumbing job at my house are just that! My wife and I were very pleased with their work! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and also considerate! Logan the main man answered any question with a smile and his coworker Mike was also very friendly! We had our water heater replaced along with new pipes and shutoffs due to corrosion and age plus they replaced a broken water meter along with new pipes and shutoff valves! They came out the same day I called and stated working on the problem! It was amazing watching them work plus hearing them enjoy their work! I must give a plug to Rebecca the person that helped get these two amazing workers! She was so thoughtful about our problem and gave me so many good suggestions! I would not hesitate to contact Hurlburt again!

Had an unusual issue with my furnace. Called Hurlburt heating and they sent Mike B out. Mike was wonderful, nice, knowledgeable, professional and a true craftsman at his trade. Troubleshooting was fantastic. Although we had a couple different problems he easily found the problems and fixed both of them. Parts where in his vehicle and has the furnace working better than we can remember. Thanks Mike. It was wonderful getting to know you. We truly appreciate you. Dan Olson

Bryson did an awesome job unplugging my sink and even cleaned both sinks out. Very professional and explained everything in detail. He even asked me if there were anything else he could help with. I plan on getting him again in the future.

I was in a bit of a panic about the possibility of frozen pipes so I called Hurlburt and the woman who answered the phone was wonderful! She contacted her technician and within the hour my problem was solved! Definitely kind, patient, knowledgeable and quick to understand my dilemma! Highly recommended! December 2023: I had another problem with pipes but this time it was from a leaking bathroom pipe that was bleeding water into the ceiling of my bedroom right below. Mark Buscherfeld cut out the old decaying pipe and replaced it with a new product and upgraded the toilet that had created the problem in the first place! Problem solved-thanks for the help Mark! April 2024. Mark Buscherfeld came back to tighten one of the bands that had come loose on his last repair. Luckily we had not done the new sheetrock so he still had easy access to the pipe. July 2025 Matt M. and his crew came to install central AC in my very old home. They worked diligently and had everything done and the electrical wiring done by mid-afternoon. He is definitely a 5-star employee. April 2026 Doug did a great job of explaining the problem with the existing toilet and gave me options to think about. I was concerned that the problem would keep reoccurring unless I had a better flushing toilet installed. So Doug exchanged the toilet I had with a larger more efficient one that he had in his van. It was a perfect solution and I am so grateful for Doug’s service. May 2026 Noah was the plumber who took care of my plumbing issues at a house that I have on the market. He did an excellent job of fixing the problem. In addition he noticed a leaking valve in the basement and fixed that as well. Excellent service!! May 2026- Colten C did an excellent job of checking on the furnace and central air conditioning system in a property that I have on the market. Colten was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. A very pleasant professional who put my mind at ease that everything was in great working order. Highly recommend!

Doug T and Mike came to my house on 15 May to check on a suspected leak and some other minor issues. When they arrived they were courteous and friendly. They looked over all the problem and were extremely patient in explaining to me the problems and the fixes required. What was the greatest aspect of their visit was that they diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution that fixed the problem and they didn’t try to upsell me on other things I did not need. These two guys represented the epitome of how one should interact with the customer. I was supremely impressed with their knowledge and how they treated me and my ignorant questions. If I need work in the future I assure you I will request them. 5 stars and they really should get more - they are a tribute to Hurlburt

This 5 star review is for Colton. This was the first time we met Colton and he was very pleasant. His uniform was neat and clean. He conducted himself professionally. As for Hurlburt, I would ordinarily post 5 stars for the company as well, but I've recently become disappointed in them. We have a service contract, which began with our new HVAC system installed in 2016. The contract was for $14/month, then went up to $17. But now they want $27 and they're throwing in plumbing inspections. They won't let me opt out of the plumbing portion, so I'll be opting out of the service contract entirely. 3 stars.

Mike called and got here before the appointment time,was friendly and listen to what I told him.Proceed to check the outsde unit for power, found no power checked the disconnect and found that it was upside down.Apparently the sliding guys removed the box to slide the house after hail damage and mounted the box back and put the disconnect back in upside down.Simple fix , He then checked the rest of the unit and said it needed a good cleaning proceeded to wash out the cooling fins. Then he came inside and check the cooling temp in the ducts by the furnance

Logan P from Hurlburt came to check out leak from 24 yr old water heater. Stopped leaking & he couldn't find cause of previous leak. Being heater so old I asked for quote to replace as it is on borrowed time. Very courteous and professional. He made an appointment for a salesman to price out air conditioner, replacement and water heater replacement. Air conditioner Is almost 40 years old and electric usage has almost doubled last couple of summers compared to previous years.

I had an excellent experience with the Hurlburt team as Dylan Olson laid out some great options for replacing our 40 year old furnace/water heater/heat pump - including rebates and tax credits. The crew was on -time, efficient, and clearly experts in their craft. When finished, Dave reviewed all the new equipment thoroughly with me, including the thermostat options and capabilities. I highly recommend this team.

Mike did a great job troubleshooting and correcting the problem with our AC system. He explained all the processes taken in diagnosing the problem - a mouse nest was in the condenser cover & wires were chewed off. Mike was very pleasant and thorough. He gave us tips to prevent future rodent damage. I enjoyed the information and ideas he shared during the service visit.

Shawn G came today as part of the preventative maintenance program that I have with Hurburt. He did a thorough assessment of the heater, shut off valves, which he reviewed with me. Checked toilets, fridge connections, dishwasher etc. Very professional and thorough. Even cleaned bathroom sink drain and shower drain. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Ethan was amazing. We got our furnace replaced during this past winter, and during a recent rainstorm I found water coming in around the furnace roof vent. Ethan came out and inspected thoroughly, then re-sealed around the chimney. He was efficient, worked safely, took the time to explain what we was doing and why as well as showed us photos of the issue.

Trevor was courteous, friendly and professional. Was diligent and detailed in approach to finding out what the problem was causing my AC failure. Though he couldn’t fix my problem because he did not have the part he placed a call with the service team to find the part and schedule needed repair which they did to schedule.

Diagnostic check of AC. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions in such a way that I could understand everything he was talking about. Explained all our options. I would rate his performance as perfect! Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommend!

Austin and his installation partner installed a new AC and Furnace today. Highly professional and respectful……it was fun watching them do their work. They also took the time to make sure I understood what was done and how to operate my new system. I highly recommend them!!!
