We went with HT Strenger to install a new water heater and couldn’t be happier with the work or their competitive pricing. They showed up on time, completed the job efficiently, and left no mess behind. There’s a reason they’ve been around so long and continue to earn excellent reviews. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service—you really can’t go wrong. They’ll definitely be the first call I make the next time we need something done.
We had a very last minute job that needed attention and Brad was there to save the day! We were hosting a large dinner party later in the evening and the HT Strenger team was able to fit us in between jobs. Every company in the area charged ridiculous amount for same day service and their staff wasn't nearly as kind as the folks at HTS. Needless to say, great service, very accommodating folks and professional job well done (all within 25 minutes!). We like problem solvers with service with a smile!
Brad was awesome. He's been to our house multiple times and always handles business well and efficiently. Most recently, he also took a look at our water heater (he was not there to look at it originally) and made a few quick adjustments which were huge. HT Strenger didn't even install the water heater, but Brad went above and beyond to help us out. Really appreciate it and would recommend HT Strenger to anyone.
We have used this company for over a decade and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by their service. I recently had an issue after hours. I received a call back from one of the technicians, Brad within a few minutes of calling the operator. He was able to troubleshoot my FloLogic water shutoff device with just a few questions. Thanks HT Strenger!
I was referred by Cahill since I needed someone out quickly and they were fully booked. When another company refers you that says a lot. HT got someone out super quick, they fixed the issue quickly and my panic was gone quickly! I definitely recommend HT Strenger and if the needs arises again, I'll definitely use them!
