Daniel Green was incredibly professional and articulate. He explained the job and told me the steps he would take to repair my plumbing issue. He gave two quotes the second one was higher in the event more extensive work needed to happen. He repaired it thankfully not needing interior work. I trusted Daniel and his integrity. This was such a remarked difference from a competitive plumbing company that I met with the day before. I highly recommend Daniel Green and his company Howze Plumbing.

I called Howze Plumbing because I needed an outside faucet repaired and they were able to send a plumber the next morning. Chesney arrive first thing in the morning and was an absolute professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently diagnosing the problem. The pricing was black and white and between he and Nick, a repair plan was put in place and executed quickly. If you need plumbing services in DFW and want professional and personable people, Chesney with Howze Plumbing is the way to go.

Chesney and Nick, the installation crew, were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with our repair. They provided detailed explanations for every step and process in their work. They both had a postive attitude and were pleasant to talk to. Daniel was our first point of contact. He arrived at 4pm and stayed late to diagnose our issue, and also fix problems we were unaware of. He was also extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We are very satisfied with our experience and service provided. We would definitely recommend Howze for any plumbing issues.

was told that we were eligible for a free check up after a service from a while back. Tech showed up and all of a sudden i am being told that my water quality sucks and i need a purification system. My response was i will just call the city of Southlake and tell them that our water sucks (on the advise of Howze Plumbing) and have them fix it. Quickly became a non issue. Next, i had a toilet that needed a new flapper...quote $350.00. I fixed it for $8.00 buying a flapper on Amazon. BTW the guy that i talked to on the phone about the water issue was the classic "used car salesman"

Had a leak by water meter and they quoted $2400 not knowing exactly where leak was per their fiixed rate pricing. Found leak and had fixed in 4 hours. $500+ per hour is crazy. Be very leery of the fixed rate pricing they say benefits customers. Will be my last choice in the future. In response to owner my wife thought the quote was ridiculous, but we had a leak and needed it fixed. If plumber had discovered leak in the first place he dug then quoted her then price was even more ridiculous. Again $500 an hour to dig a hole 2x2 and fix a PVC pipe is crazy high. Good for you guys, took advantage. Not sure how fixed rate pricing helps consumers if problem is fully diagnosed as you said.

I chose Howze because they could get out quickly and they were referred by a trusted friend. I had a slab leak (again) and I just needed them to locate the leak and cap off the supply line prior the leak as it was feeding a wet bar that I am planning to take out. They came out and took a look then informed me that they had performed a water quality test and my chlorine levels were way off the chart at over 5 parts per million. They said that is why I have had multiple slab leaks, then proceeded to hard sell a water filtration system for thousands of $$. Since I am thinking of selling the home in the next few years I did not consider that but out of curiosity, I ordered a water testing kit and it tested normal. Thinking maybe the kit was not accurate, I borrowed a friends pool test kit and it tested normal. I am not going to come out and say that they were trying to scam me, but if they ever do this to you, please run your own test first. Back to the needed repair. I just wanted the line capped off, but they kept telling me I needed to reroute the line to cure the problem. After some debate, I finally just told them to send me an itemized invoice and I would find a plumber who would do what I needed, not what made them the most money. Oh, and the reroute, they wanted $7600. Absolutely ridiculous. They finally agreed to just cap the lines, but still charged me $1695. That job, including the leak location should have cost around $500 to $600. I will never use them again and hope they do not take you to the bank like they took me. As for your response - First, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a water test. Your scout just did it. After your secondary person confirmed the same reading, I suggested we test my neighbor's water to see if ti was the same and he would not do it saying that the whole neighborhood would be the same. Your test wass in a Thursday and When I tested on Sunday it was normal. I spoke to my neighbor, a pool owner, and he said that if the levels were that high I would smell chlorine very strongly. Second, I only agreed to the price becasue my floors were being ruined due to the leak and I needed it fixed quickly. There is absolutely NO WAY that a leak location and 45 minutes of actual plumbing work should cost $1695. Leak location should cost between $250 and $500 at the most. And even if I wanted the reroute, which your people kept insisting on, It should not have cost over $2500 to $3000. $7600 is just a stupidly expensive price. Your "Flat Pricing" that yoru people are so proud of is just a rip off.

Response to your reply : Your "licensed technician"... performed an unnecessary and unauthorized "complimentary" diagnostic on my home's water pressure and quality. Done obviously to try and sell me products that I don't need and didn't ask for. Indicating along the way that if I didn't buy this crap Howze could not warranty any of the work I did have done. PURE AND OBVIOUS SCAM! My water pressure is just fine. My chlorine level is just fine. Reading through the yelp reviews of your other customers (which I wish I'd done before calling you in the first place) reveals that all of your customers apparently and magically have dangerously high water pressure and toxic levels of chlorine. The "four clear options" you presented me were as follows: 1). Let you send more "technicians" out to do all this crap for God only knows how much. 2). Install the garbage disposal and forget the leaking faucet (with none of the work warranted, due to unresolved mythical high water pressure & chlorine levels. 3). Install both the garbage disposal and the new faucet (with none of the work warranted, due to unresolved mythical high water pressure & chlorine levels. 4). Do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and leave the premises for a cost of $79. BY FAR THE BEST OPTION! So you "understand that, having done DIY work in the past, some jobs may appear simple on the surface." I have literally done EXACTLY both of the jobs I asked for before. They "appear simple on the surface" BECAUSE THEY ARE SIMPLE TO THE BONE! I'm so happy and thankful that you "respect" my "choice to go with a lower-cost option". Good luck with your "transparent, thorough, and professional service that prioritizes the health of my home." It surely is transparent, I'll give you that @SlyDogLando.

I called Howze Plumbing to fix a clog on my sewer drainage on my front yard after searching the internet. The slogan “honest work” cached my eyes. The tech arrives to my house at about 12:30 pm. Immediately felt the same sensation as if I was buying a car, because the tech cannot give me the estimate, the estimate needs to come from the main office. The estimate was for $650 To run the snake and unclog the drainage to which I agree to pay. After multiple trials the tech was able to unclog the drain. Then it came the part that shocked me. After inspecting the drainage with the camera, the tech told me that the drainage needs to be Hydro scrubbed to see a questionable section on the pipe. One more time to give me the estimate was process by the office. Then I received an email with 4 different options 2-, 3-, 4-& 5-star estimate, that was a red flag in my book. That automatically disqualify them to continue the job. The less amount of those 4 estimates was $2150 just to Hydra scrub the pipe which I found an obscene amount of money just to clean a 44 feet section of the pipe, and the Tech cannot pinpoint where the questionable section is until the drainage was cleaned. Later, I called another plumbing company, and they give me a free estimate that was much less that the $2150 from Howze Plumbing, that make me wonder if I was over charge on the $650. The other company immediately come in and told me exactly where the problems was and it is not on my side of the sewer; it is on the city side. Lessons learn, ask for a free estimate before you commit to do any job. I only gave them 1 stars because they unclog the Drainage.

We hired them to clear a drain that was backing up water into the master shower. They came out pretty fast stayed an hour and said all clear, shortly after when the washing machine started again it was still clogged up and made another big mess._We called Bluebonnet and they fixed it correctly and we ended up paying both plumbers. In another incident the following day (before we realized the backup was still an issue) we had a toilet at another property slightly leaking water every now and then but we wanted to be cautious about wasting water and they quoted over $500.00 to replace the toilet valve and flapper so we said no way, we could buy a new toilet for that much money. They charged us $49.00 and left so I say for failing at 2 repairs and charging us too Much. Your fired !!!! I asked them for the $49.00fee credited as I had to pay for the line clearing 2x and they thought that was unfair..So buyer beware price Gouging is Howze Plumbing ! Buyer beware !!!!

Our Howze Plumbing representative today was C.A. Parker, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Our bathroom sink was leaking, and the shut-off valve connection to the compression nut was also leaking. He quickly and efficiently accomplished these tasks and proceeded to complete a safety inspection of our entire plumbing system and water supply from our Fort Worth Water Department. Unfortunately, the water tests did not pass with flying colors, and it very interesting to her Mr. Parker teach me about all the water contaminants, excess chlorine levels, lime scale, pH and high water hardness to name a few. He was always patient and friendly while I was learning about city water. Of course, He took the time to show a variety of corrective action options, which still considering. In closing, I’d like to express my genuine gratitude to Mr. Parker and Howze Plumbing. Sincerely, K.S. White

Joey from Howze came out and unclogged my sewage line. it was the main line for the whole house and everything was backed up. When the cleanout turned out to be installed incorrectly, Joey called another guy out, Kelly to help him go up on the roof. Joey and Kelly kept working literally as a tornado watch went off, and got the job done, just before it started raining like buckets. Really appreciate the work you did for me, and I'm gonna go enjoy a warm shower, now that my house has a drain again. Thanks Joey, Kelly, and the whole team from Howze, you are definitely my plumbers, from here on out. P.S. I called Howze for the first time at 8:30 this morning, when my toilet wouldn't flush. If I had gone with any of the other companies that wanted to put me off until this afternoon, my house would have been blocked up for who knows who long.

Very professional and quick to respond. Communication was excellent. The process of getting gas service after the service had been off for a year required having a professional test the system with permits and then have the county come inspect it before I could get the gas company to start service. Something i wasn't used to being in Florida. Chance, the technician, took care of that, he replaced a couple of old 1970's valves and tested the system and it was all good. He did the work quickly and kept me informed with the county inspection and what I needed to do once it passed. Being out of state, he sent me many photos of his work. The system passed and my service was easy to get started. I recommend them highly.

Been using this company since 2015, however lately, they are heavily pushing other services that have nothing to do with the original request for service. Paid $325 for a flapper and fill valve for my guest toilet. Tech was here 2.5 hours, checking all the faucets and water heater. Tried to get me to install a water purification system. They tried the last service call as well. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life when the toilet fix was easily 15 minutes. I don't know what changed, but one thing's for sure, I won't be using them again. Heard from several master plumbers who've advised me against getting this new system and that they would've done the job for a LOT less. Bon voyage, fellas.

Last year, after meeting with several plumbing companies, I contracted Howze Plumbing to fix a broken water pipe. I was so pleased with the finished product, service, and pricing that when my water heater stopped heating this week I knew I didn't need to bother with other companies and only called Howze. Again they took the time to correctly assess the situation. They answered all questions without talking down to me and there was no sales pressure. The plumber, Daniel, was respectful and kept me informed on what he was doing. I will continue to call Howze Plumbing without hesitation :)

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. The company's slogan "a small company, Big on service" describes my experience precisely. The leak I had was repaired in less than 24 hours from the initial call I made to Howze Plumbing. The plumbing technician, Chance, was professional & punctual. That combined with excellent communication from the office throughout the process and honest and very fair pricing, is rare these days. Thanks to the Howze Plumbing team! I will definitely refer you to anyone I know in need of a local honest plumbing service in the future.
