Our furnace quit working again last evening for the third time. Trevor came out today and was so professional and thorough. We appreciate him looking and checking pretty much everything to insure us that it will keep working this time. Thank you so much Trevor.
Excellent work and service. They replaced all of our galvanized pipes, new faucet with new updated lines. Plumber Garlin is amazing and very knowledgeable, very professional and his assistants so helpful and friendly. Houston and Garlin have gone way above my expectations...awesome! So happy with them!
I was really happy with my service from Houston Plumbing and Heating. I really like these guys. Their company is one with a customer needs first persona that's not been watered down by large, distant corporate insensitivity. A company with true integrity and looks out for their customers the best way they can. Their tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you guys.
We had our furnace worked on, we thought it was fixed as it was heating. Then, when we turned it back down, it just keeps getting hotter. It is 11:30 at night and we are ready for bed but it is still over 80, and we cannot get it down. We called the 24/7 line, but it went to vm with no return call. Not very impressed at all.
I had a gas line leak to my fireplace and Houston replaced the copper piping (old system) and came in well under their quoted estimate. They earned a customer for life with the professionalism they showed and I will certainly recommend them to others. Brandon did a great job of explaining everything and our fireplace is working great now!
