We were extremely happy with the new hot water tank Shane installed and we were especially impressed by Shane’s work ethic and professionalism. Our tankless system never worked properly and didn’t deliver hot water to the kitchen which resulted in untold gallons of wasted water running the tap full blast till it heated up. It was loud, inefficient, and costly. Shane swapped out the tankless with a traditional, energy efficient hot water tank and circulating pump. It’s practically silent, we have hot water immediately, no more cold shower blast when someone flushes, and no more wasted water! Shane was in and out in under 3 hours, was really friendly, was very careful about navigating heavy tanks up and down our stairs as well. We felt the cost of the system change was very reasonable and will us save is money right away. Thanks Shane!

My hot water heater was going on a early Friday morning in October and made many calls and no one called me back but one and was very expensive and couldn't put a new one in until Monday. I googled again Saturday morning as now water was leaking out. It showed Hot Water Doctor and they were open so I called and talked to Shane. He could do it in a couple hours with no extra charge for a Saturday install and a better price! Shane got the old one taken out, put the new one in and two connection valves. Very clean and honest! Recommend him BIG TIME! It says Appleton but he lives here! CALL SHANE!!!

Shane and the guys came out “immediately”and addressed the issue which actually resulted in our water heater being completely replaced.
