“Our heater went out around 6:30 PM, and we were very anxious about it. Called Horizon and they got us an appointment right away. Technician Chris Gonzalez was communicative, empathetic and offered great guidance on our system which is nearly 20 years old. He was quickly able to identify the source of the issue and within 10 minutes of his arrival it was back up and running.”
