Hoosier Drain Guys

After spending $$$ to get a main drain cleared that clogged again 4 days later and being ghosted from a different company I found Hoosier Drain guys. Called and they were able to work me in the next day. Matt arrived ran his camera and found the clog. After explaining my options he went to work clearing the drain. He re-ran the camera to verify it was clear and found a different issue that will be addressed later. Matt was friendly and professional and definitely didn’t overcharge. I highly recommend this company they are honest and reasonably priced . I wish I had found this company years ago.

I had an excellent experience with Hoosier Drain Guys and can’t recommend them highly enough. I initially reached out via email about a plumbing concern, and they responded quickly and got me scheduled right away. They sent out a plumber, Matt Segraves, who arrived promptly and immediately went to work. He took the time to get into our crawlspace, where he discovered a very serious issue that could have easily been missed and would have cost us an arm and leg to find out from another company. Matt was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly, so we understood exactly what was going on. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful he was. He quickly contacted a mitigation company, Restopros of Metro Indy, on our behalf since the situation required immediate attention. Restopros even mentioned they regularly work with Hoosier Drain Guys and have had consistently great experiences with them and with Matt himself, which gave us even more confidence we were in good hands. The coordination between the two companies was seamless. Restopros handled the mitigation right away, and Hoosier Drain Guys came back the very next day to fix the plumbing issue. The entire process was efficient, well-organized, and far less stressful than it could have been. Before finding Hoosier Drain Guys, I had contacted a larger, well-known company that completely misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge more than double just for testing, without even inspecting the crawlspace. Had they taken the time to look properly, they would have seen immediately how serious the situation was and that mitigation (and even temporarily leaving the home) was necessary. I’m incredibly grateful I found Hoosier Drain Guys when I did. They were fast, thorough, honest, and very reasonably priced. If you’re dealing with any plumbing concerns, do yourself a favor and call them first, you won’t regret it.

First let me say they did an amazing job. They made several trips across several days to get job done. Will use again if need be and would highly recommend. They even dealt with me and my anxiety throughout this job really well....lol. Please don't be scared of cost. They did a lot of work which didn't include travel time to and from. Thanks!!!!

I called these guys out Thurs because I had extremely low water pressure. When i stepped outside my main water line had busted. Its the line the feeds from the water meter to my home. Got the water shut off, they came out within 2hrs. The checked the crawlspace, the other water lines. They then explained the options we had to fix it and let me know how quickly they could be back. They explained if we bore the hole we dont have to dig up the yard. Or we could dig up the yard but we would have to tear out the porch. We did the boring option, the whole repair was 6hrs or less. Extremely thankful for Daves entire crew. From the guys thay came out Thurs for the estimate, Dave himself and all the guys that came out Friday. Thank you to Andrew for coming out and doing the boring. Everything is working perfectly again. These guys are very knowledgible, they are great at what they do. I will call them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Alec was so knowledgeable and fast! He identified my problem when 2 other company's couldn't! He gave me 3 solutions and since he was kind, professional and affordable I had him fix or install everything I have been wanting since we moved into our home. I can't say enough good things about Alec and Hoosier drain guys. Please don't call the expensive big company's that don't care about customers.
