Had a great experience with Homestead Plumbing. They replaced our wastewater lined and system in our crawlspace. Brett and his crew were efficient, completed the work to a high standard, and cleaned the site up nicely. They were courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process and did the work for a reasonable price. I would recommend them without reservation and will use them again should another plumbing issue arise.

A $59 quoted service call to look at, and possibly repair my A/C unit turned into a $500+ bill. The service person was more interested in selling me a new A/C AND Furnace. I declined buying new units. He put in 2.7 lbs of refrigerant, which costs $200 retail and he emailed me a unitemized bill. My A/C was not fixed. The company did not return any of my calls after I received my bill via email. This company also runs under the name of Hardline. I would choose another company, any other company would be a much better choice than this one.

We had a small amount of water in the pan under our water heater. I called Hardline and spoke to Justin on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to setup an appointment with Frank for the next day. Frank arrived at the expected time, and was friendly and thorough in his inspection of the problem. After running through a series of checks, he found that the problem was that the drain valve was not completely closed, and had a slow drip, which he closed and capped. It was nice that is was such a simple fix, and that there wasn't any attempt to mis-characterize the problem or try to up-sell things that weren't needed. The cost of the service was their diagnostic fee plus the cost of the drain cap, which was fair. I asked several additional questions, and Frank was patient and helpful in answering my questions - I didn't get the feeling that he was just trying to rush out after the job was complete. He also took some time to point out and explain several other potential issues with some outdated/lower-end plumbing installations we have, which I appreciated. I also asked for ballpark costs for various repair/replacement jobs, and he give me detailed answers on what various jobs would cost, but it felt more like an informative conversation than a sales call. I can't speak about having major work done by Hardline, but I felt that they were very professional and friendly in a smaller diagnostic/repair job, and I would plan on using them for future jobs, big or small. I don't normally write long reviews, but I've had mixed experiences with plumbers/contractors/etc. in the past, so I wanted to leave a positive review for a company that seems to care!

This company deserves a 6th star and they take pride in their work. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful... and shine in customer service. Look no where for your plumbing business. I had my Bradford White water heater installed by Frank and Brett in a tight closet April 6th 2023 and waited to write this review to ensure their work held. Not only did they do a great job they also educated me on how to operate, debug and drain it annually for maintenance. They were professional and planned their work well in advance, asked for photos and measurements so the process was smooth and seamless on installation day. They charged reasonably, didn't feel like they charged us extra for living in North Boulder like a lot of businesses do. Most importantly they treated us like family. I think this extra step of caring for the customer and treating them and their home well really leaves a positive impression for a lifetime. The only thing I would say is to be mindful of is their work hours. They are closed on weekends so if you have an emergency after hours or on weekends not sure if they have a service or contact for that. History: I had originally worked with "Justin" from "Hardline plumbing" in 2018 who was also exceptional and but couldn't find them and their business anymore. Looks like Justin had relocated and Frank and Justin had maybe opened Hardline Plumbing together. We now have "Homestead Plumbing and Heating" instead.

I had a slight leak in a decorative gas shut off valve that was under the counter in a kitchen island and it was Friday afternoon. I got hold of Justin (Hardline) via Yelp and he was available in 30 minutes - just coming off a prior job. He assessed the problem, quickly ordered the part and picked it up prior to stores closing. Whoever put the pipe in originally did not think about having to replace the valve. Justin had to cut the gas pipling just to get it out and then reconfigured it with an additional union so if the issue came up again, it would be something I could do - I have decent basic skills with this stuff. Besides a decent price and high quality work (does it the right way), he was very easy to talk to and explained things to me as he completed the job. Justin has only been in Colorado for 3.5 years, but has established a great business that does small and large jobs. I do a lot of stuff myself and am pretty picky on the job done, I would hire Justin (Hardline) again if and when needed.

We had Homestead Plumbing install 2 new faucets in our house a month or so ago. We had our counter tops replaced and the contractor didn't install our faucets, as promised. At 8pm that night, I found Homestead and they picked up the phone right away. They were due to do another job that night and promised to come first thing the next day. After I hung up, they called me back in 15 minutes and said that their other job fell through due to the weather. They came to our house and installed 2 faucets. It turned out that the contractors had made a mess of our pipes so Homestead had to fix the pipes and install new connectors. They did this in 2 hours and with amazing ease, professionalism. They cleaned up and thank goodness..otherwise we would have had a minor flood and no faucet. I highly recommend them! they are amazing. Great communication and very efficient! Hire them!

I would definitely recommend their service, and they will be my first choice for all future plumbing work at my house! As a first time owner, I'm a beginner at knowing what to expect when it comes to maintaining my home. When I decided to switch to a gas stove, the first plumber I called gave me an estimate that seemed huge. They wouldn't itemize their price, and it made me feel frustrated with the process. Luckily, I didn't give up and I'm so glad Justin from Hardline plumbing was amongst the plumbers I asked for an estimate. Everything was itemized, he was incredibly forthcoming when it came to all my questions and gave me a great impression. A few weeks later, the work was done and I couldn't be happier. He really went above and beyond, even going so far as giving me a free house visit to ensure the Gas Range delivery men would have it super easy.

I had Mark come over and check out what I needed only 2 days after reaching out to companies in the area. They were very quick to help and fast responding on yelp! Mark made the process very easy giving me a couple options for can lights and lights while explaining the pros/cons of them all. It was also highly appreciated. I met with a couple other companies to find out Hardline had the best price in the area and promised to do DRY WALLING which is important because most companies do not do this!!!! So I ended up choosing them for their services and dry walling capabilities. Mark and the other electrician were very professional coming over, laying plastic all through the house and finishing the job in only 6 hours. All in all I was highly impressed and will be using hardline in the future.

I spoke with Justin after another plumbing company came out and was unable to scope the main from my house to the street or identify the cause of a momentarily backed up drain. Justin was very informative, generous and professional during the phone conversation and as a result, I hired him to come to my house to scope, diagnose and repair the problem. He showed up as planned, did excellent work, was very thorough and interested in pointing out specifically what was going on. He identified potential problems to watch for in the future. I never felt he was trying to sell unnecessary services. He was respectful of my home and left it even cleaner than he'd found it. Justin is now the go-to plumbing service provider for my beloved mid century modern home. Thank you, Justin!

These guys are absolutely lifesavers! We had some pretty bad advice given and work completed by another bigger plumbing company that left us with a replaced shower tile floor that still leaked after a full drain pipe and tile replacement. Frank and Brett had me describe what happened and then came by and accurately diagnosed the issue, what needed to happen to make it right and then also completed the plumbing work properly at a much better rate than the larger company. I will only use Homestead for this kind of work going forward as they have always been incredible fair and honest and are just really good guys. As early home owners it means the world to have a company we can finally trust for this kind of thing.

Excellent company to work with. They were quick to supply an estimate and even faster to do the work. They are a small company, locally owned and operated. The type of company I like to support they did excellent work and were very fast. I met several of the team and they were all polite, friendly and professional. They even wore show protectors to avoid tracking in any dirt while working. They take pride in doing their work the right way. It's hard to find for of people in the trades, these are good guys and I'd use them again in a minute. We had them fix a sink and an outside frost free faucet both are now working great.

Integrity, responsive, easy communication, friendly, and really good at what they do. Justin and Endi over delivered on everything for the rough-in of my basement bathroom. The communication and scheduling from Amanda and everyone at Hardline was very easy and the job was done faster than I had expected. The cost to add a bathroom in my basement was very reasonable and the quality was exceptional. My wife and I totally scored with Hardline and we won't be going to anybody else for our plumbing needs. I'm not kidding when I say they go above and beyond what they quote.

Hardline did an excellent job in four ways. One, their plumbing work is careful and skilled. Two, they willingly fit in to my short timeline, and made the project finish on time. Three, they were always prompt for their appointments, and would also call when they were heading over, as a reminder to me. Four, their estimate was detailed and carefully explained to me as we were discussing the project, and there were no surprises on the cost at the end of the project. Overall, they did great work, and made it all a pleasant experience too.
