Home Town Plumbing does excellent work! My initial phone call was promptly returned. An appointment was scheduled for the following day and Mike and Robb arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently to analyze my repair issues with three outside faucets. Two of the faucets were repaired within minutes. They used appropriate tools to make the repairs quickly. The third faucet had to be replaced. They were extremely experienced in locating the connection inside the wall, cut through the sheetrock in the garage, and quickly connected new piping to existing inside the wall, and sealed the opening in the sheetrock with a cover, so no need for additional repair costs for covering the hole in the sheetrock!! I now have a brand new outside faucet that will last many years. This company offers experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient service and are fairly priced as a result. My expectations were exceeded, and I would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Mike and Home Town Plumbing are always recommended on Citizens of Irving News Facebook page. I discovered that I had a leak in my main water line from the street to the house on Saturday. Apparently it had been leaking for several months. Mike came first thing Monday morning (7am) and he had a crew out later to dig to find the leak. House was built in 1969 so the water line was done next to the sewer line almost 5ft down! Mike was extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing service needs.

Rude, doesn't clean up after themselves, pricing was VERY high. It cost more to install a water heater than it cost to purchase it, and it was an expensive top of the line water heater. I suggest almost any other plumber in DFW over Home Town. Left holes in sheetrock didn't even try to cover them. Left sheetrock dust all over. Left mud from crawlspace all over the place. Mike Salazar the owner, told me when he left "Don't Call Me I'll Call You". This was 10+ years ago. I wouldn't have written this review now, except for he was rude to me on social media. I strongly suggest you try another plumber.

Full disclosure I have used this company before for a job and they were satisfactory. I called them recently for some work in my kitchen and bathroom, talked to Rob on a Tuesday letting him know what I needed to get done . I told him Thurs or Fri of that week would work great, easier for me to take off work. Did not hear back from him on Tuesday, called him on Wednesday and left 2 messages trying to get this set up. No call back, Rob called me back Thurs morning at 7 am and left message saying Thursday was no good to call him back and let him know if Friday would be ok, called him back 45 mins later went to voicemail. Called him back 3 more times on Thursday, left message that Friday is good but needed to know what time so I could be home. Rob did not return any of my calls Thursday, finally calls Friday morning around 8 am and tells me the plumber is on the way. Really ? so I am suppose to call off work because you finally decided to come do the work ? Website says phone answered 24 hrs a day, but could not even get them to call me back during normal business hours. No apology from Rob just telling me he was busy all day, takes 2 minutes to return a call. Will not use them again.

Fabulous job! Mike is a master plumber with over 40 yrs experience! -We had been using an Irving plumbing service (MarkOndras) that started sending out assistants that only could do a single thing and couldn't look at something else due to lack of experience. Mike at Home Town Plumbing came out and changed out a bathroom sink (Mark Ondras was going to outsource it). Mike, Home Town Plumbing, also replaced a seal under a toilet and changed out a bad pipe in another bathroom. I was so impressed! All three things done in one visit! Our last service that kept charging us for separate visits for each thing we needed done.... The neighbor that referred me has used them 10 yrs since he's a master plumber and I ran into another neighbor at the grocery store that said she only calls Mike at Home Town plumbing for her house and her 2 rentals!

Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

I own a business in Coppell, and we were given the number for Rob and Mike by one of my customers who had used them for their businesses. They have always been everything you could want from a plumber. They walked us through the pros and cons of what would help me out the most. They completed the work quickly and were always very fair with their pricing. Both Mike and Rob have reached out to make sure my issue was resolved after the work was complete. They will always be my first call, and gladly given recommendation!

Horrible service with this company. I called to get a quote on putting in a hot water heater. They showed up 30 minutes late and wanted to charge me an extra $100 dollars because they brought an extra person to help with the job. Make sure you get a quote in writing and disclosure of any extra fees that may be incurred when they come out. Will not be using them again. They definitely need some training in customer service as well.

This is the only company I would recommend for your plumbing needs. I have used this company multiple of times. Mike Salazar is speedy and efficient, and does a pristine job. These guys have seen us through 2 different homes and several different types of issues. Toilets, sinks, washing machine pipes, etc. They have always been prompt, they are knowledgeable and I feel confident that when they fix something, it stays fixed. I have appreciated their reasonable pricing, too.

I called him to go to my mother-in-law's house. She needed a new washing machine installed and two new water faucets installed. Mike Salazar got there on time and finished very quickly. I will use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Salazar and his crew are very efficient and great at their job. He explained the problem and fixed it. If you need a dependable and trustworthy plumber I stand by this company. Use them for any of your plumbing needs.

Hometown Plumbing is extremely professional! They came out quickly and investigated the issue. They were able to fix our hot water issue in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them!!
