Home Service Pros has consistently completed every electrical task that was needed at my home. Their electricians John and Brad have been here from the start since before we moved into this home and have replaced multiple outlets, installed new outlets including wall outlets for TV wall hanging and an outdoor outlet on a fence. John brought my electrical panel up to code which was noted on my home inspection, changed required outlets to GFI and mounted a flag mount on brick outside the front door. In the most recent visit, Brad changed a towel warmer switch, replaced two outlets and installed a camera floodlight above the garage which required extensive drilling through the wall and installing the wiring. Home Service Pros also did some plumbing work including replacing the kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal and repairing the sealing around the tiles in the laundry room.

August was prompt and very polite. He assessed the issue with the shower and provided a detailed explanation of what was needed to fix the problem. Once I decided which option to move forward with, he got to work and had the everything fixed and buttoned up within an hour. I'm very satisfied with the service August provided.

Their team was exceptionally professional, promptly and clearly responding to all inquiries and maintaining close follow-up throughout the project's duration. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Home Service Pros and their exceptional electrical work! In 2019, Greg, the owner, was with a different company that installed two Eaton whole-house surge protectors (one for each panel), which I highly recommend. Years later, another contractor noted that the 40A breakers used, while within Eaton’s specifications, weren’t the recommended choice and suggested upgrading to 50A breakers for optimal performance. When I contacted the company Greg no longer owned, I was extremely disappointed with their response. Thankfully, I had Greg’s personal cell number from the original invoice—a classy touch. I called Greg, now running Home Service Pros, and without hesitation, he sent over John Newman, one of the most professional and courteous electrical technicians I’ve ever met. John arrived within the promised time window, assessed the situation, and completed the repair with expertise. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he also took the time to educate me about electrical panels and the differences between 6- and 8-gauge wiring—great conversation and insight! In today’s world, it’s rare to find a business owner like Greg, who truly cares about his customers, and a technician like John, who takes such pride in his work.
