“We had the freon leak out of our main heat pump twice, both times immediately after a service call from two other companies. We recently found out that Sullivan had installed the system, so we called them. Brad came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. This has not been our experience with other hvac companies. We are very pleased.”
“Dan arrived as scheduled and went right to work. He is a pleasant fellow who knows his job and how to go about it. The work was completed as well as some extra trouble shooting in a brief period in a neat and clean manner. I would recommend Dan and Home Comfort Alliance for your service needs. I also purchase my furnace and heat pump from Home Care Alliance.”
