We had the freon leak out of our main heat pump twice, both times immediately after a service call from two other companies. We recently found out that Sullivan had installed the system, so we called them. Brad came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. This has not been our experience with other hvac companies. We are very pleased.
Dan arrived as scheduled and went right to work. He is a pleasant fellow who knows his job and how to go about it. The work was completed as well as some extra trouble shooting in a brief period in a neat and clean manner. I would recommend Dan and Home Comfort Alliance for your service needs. I also purchase my furnace and heat pump from Home Care Alliance.
Wonderful customer service! I had both Isaac and Brad as technicians to help fix my Central Heating/Cooling system that was damaged in a power surge. They were both very helpful and completed the job successfully and efficiently. And the company is very accessible and quick to answer their phone and set up appointments. :)
I found Dan to be a very nice guy. He answered any questions completely. but I think what stands out with me is the friendliness. We had a nice conversation and when he left it was more like saying goodbye to a friend, and not just some guy who worked on your furnace. You got a good man there. Steve
I had Brad come by my house, and he was very professional. He helped me get a understanding of my unit as he replaced a couple parts that were causing my issue. He was able to complete the work needed done on the inspection. Awesome company I would 100% recommend them.
