We use Homeserve and this is the company they sent to us. The repairman who showed up were very nice and explained things to us as to what they are going to do. I am glad they came on Christmas Eve due to a sewer smell in my home. The smell was making me sick and happy to have it fixed.

Super nice people who responded promptly to my broken water heater and set up an appointment right away to replace it.

Highly recommend these folks. Prompt service, diagnose the problem and fix quickly. Quality of work is outstanding. I use Holiday Enterprises on a regular basis for all our properties. Pricing is very reasonable.

I am a Home Serve Customer with my gas company UGI. I pay for heat repair and others. Holiday is one of their contractors. Have a new boiler still under warranty that installer will not service. I am not happy with the way its heating my house. 35 year old boiler worked better. Tech showed up and basically was not there to try and help me figure out what to do. I had to pull out of him every bit of information. He then basically said that Home Serve would not pay $$$ for anything he could do to troubleshoot the unit , so it was pointless for him to do anything. I froze last winter and am afraid to freeze again this winter, so I bought another home with an oil furnace and 3 mini splits. I am trying to keep both homes going and it is difficult enough to keep one going. He said gas units don't need cleaning but he'd do it for $200. I saw the oil furnace get cleaned out for 3.5 hrs and the bill was $250. This makes no sense to me. Holiday wasted my time bc they are only about making $ not helping people which in my opinion is not the kind of place that I want to call 🤙 when I need help with heating my home. What is wrong with this place and the people who treat others in this manner? Go elsewhere and keep trying new places until you find some people who are human and humane. Not 🚫 HOLIDAY. Nope keep looking..

My friends used them for a bathroom project, they were doing well until they did not show up to finish the job. They have ghosted her calls.

I asked them to fix a leak... guy showed up late and ignored my calls. Days later leak comes back, no response to my repeated calls. When I finally get them on the line and ask them to re-fix the leak, but they spew some stuff about getting big contracts and "not needing my business." I don't know if this is some small-town hillbilly thing but a lot of small businesses in this area think they can get away with poor quality and service just because they get some windfalls. Simply awful. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time here.

Would highly recommend. Professional team; great communication; on time, and hard working. Had an emergency plumbing repair when my service line to my house became comprimised. Despite having to tunnel under concrete and dig in the rain, these guys got me all back up and running within 24 hours. They also recommended and fixed minor issues for me without extra added time. Cannot begin to give them enough praise for their service and customer care. Will use again in the future, and recommend to anyone that needs such services.

If you are reaching out to a local plumber in the Shamokin area, don't even bother. Half don't even have their voicemail set up, and the rest won't bother about returning your call. It's like they're not interested in business. Thankfully, Holiday serves this area and promptly returned our call regarding a broken pipe. They showed up at the expected time and fixed the pipe right away. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. What a relief. They will be our first call for future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Holiday Enterprises. I hired them to replace all of the plumbing in my house. They did such a great job that I hired them again to replace my water heater. Another great job. Months later my furnace stopped working. They showed up the same day to take care of me. They are now my go-to contractor for all of my needs. They are always on time, polite, do a great job, and willing to go the extra mile, staying as late as it takes to get the job done.

Hot water heater died. Water was everywhere. Hollis was the only plumber who answered the phone on the weekend. While I'm in to learning and doing/ helping... he simply made short work of everything he did. He Def answered every question i had about the hot water heater and furnace. I would totally recommend him to anyone. Very professional, excellent work, cleans up. I'll have them come back and start annually servicing the furnace and fixing the other AC unit!

They are professional, quick response and took care of our issue out in the backyard with our sewer line. They treated my mom very nicely and were polite. Communicated well with her and she couldn’t stop talking about how nice the man she was in contact with and all of the workers who came to the property. Got it done in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for being so nice and reliable, it’s a rare find now a days.

I originally called them to repair some water leaks. They came quickly and were efficient. It's hard to find people to come for small jobs. In the process they discovered a very small gas leak in my basement and repaired that, too. I have been most appreciative of how quickly they respond and how pleasant their service is.

We have a business in the heart of Sunbury PA. We have a few issues and called these guys and they came right away to our rescue Fixed our problems .. Fantastic company, fantastic workers … if you have any plumbing issues these are your guys ..

Fantastic service. Woke up to a busted water heater at around 7am. By 9am they had a new one installed and the old one hauled away. By 9:30 I was taking a hot shower. Top notch experience, I highly recommend them.

Asked them to fix two toilet leaks, but in the process they broke BOTH toilet seats. Called back later to asked them to make it right but they lied and said they weren't responsible. Very scummy, very unprofessional.
