Hogan is the most responsive, most helpful, most honest and transparent plumber I’ve used in all my years of homeownership. They’ve saved me money giving me advice on simple fixes, never recommend more than what’s needed, and are one of the true trusted vendor partners I can imagine. I used to hate calling my former plumber - they wouldn’t answer or call me back sometimes, their pricing was a black box and were offended when I asked, and repairs weren’t quality. Not anymore. Gas line was installed by Hogan Plumbing within 3 feet of operating window, as shown in picture. Had to hire and pay for another plumber to remove and reinstall as Chuck, project manager, refused to have Hogans plumbers perform work due to balance owed. This is a safety hazard and against residential and plumbing code.
