I had initially contacted Robert about a pipe burst for my sewer line, and after getting quotes from over a dozen different rooter companies, I have decided that Robert seemed the most helpful, easygoing, and willing to answer my various questions about the process. At the time, I wasn’t ready to proceed, so I kept in contact with Robert for 3 months, during this time, I’ve also called him about other questions I had, even questions my friends had, and he was always patient and willing to advise me on my concerns. This reaffirmed me that this company is the right choice. Ultimately I was ready to proceed with the project and Frank became my main contact, he was professional, willing to work with my schedule, and took plenty of pictures during the process to reassure me. I would overall recommend this company, as I felt that they will be people I can continue to reach out to if I had any future questions!

They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

High Speed Rooter has been servicing our church for the past few years, and they have always provided excellent service. They are very professional, their pricing is fair, and they truly care about their customers. In my opinion, true success in any business is not only about being skilled and professional, but also about having a genuine heart to serve people. High Speed Rooter definitely demonstrates that. We really appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

Had some sewer damage on our property underneath the slab at my mothers home. She worked with Rick and Eric and they helped explained to her and me what was going on and what repairs were needed along the way. Think their knowledge and ability to communicate that to us was informative and gave us a lot of confidence that the repairs would be long lasting. Looking forward to receiving closeout documentation for the repair. They're also quite fast in mobilizing that's what you would expect with residential home repairs of this nature. We would recommend this company for sewer repairs Actual workers are helpful and good, but as with any contractor, if you're afforded time, explore options and receive multiple quotes

The company gave me a quote that beat other quotes from other companies so I set up the project with them. The next day they contacted me and said they couldn't follow through with the quote they gave me so I cancel the service with them due to bad business practices. Don't make promises you can't keep.

I've had High Speed Rooter and Plumbing out to my house twice in the past month. The first time was great - they came to replace an appliance gas shutoff valve and re-mount my gas line so it would fit better with our new range. The person who showed up was on time, did a good job, and gave me some tips on how to best attach the new range to the line (I wasn't ready to attach it then, so he gave me tips for when I did). The second time, however, was a different story. My water heater stopped working and was showing an error code for "weak pilot light". When I inspected the unit, myself, I saw that the pilot light was, in fact, low, and when I turned the unit off then back on, after lighting the pilot, the main burner would try to come on, but you could hear the gas and see flame for a split second before it faded out. I told the tech who came by about this, and even left my water heater closet fully open and the cover to the pilot light window off so he could see for himself to diagnose. Without even bending over to take a look at the pilot light, he looked at the date stamp on the side of the unit and said, "I've been in the business for a long time, and you need a new water heater". He said, "I could pull out and clean the pilot for $400, and if that doesn't work, I can replace the main burner for $800; but you should replace a unit that's this old." The unit was 12 years old, but had only been in use for 7. He quoted $2200 to replace the unit. I told him that was way more than I had anticipated for a repair and that I needed to shop around. A few hours later, I turned on one of the burners on my new range (that had since been hooked up and was operational - shortly after the first visit) and saw that it, too, had a weak flame. On a hunch, I went to my gas meter to check the earthquake vale to find that it had tripped. A quarter turn with a screw driver solved my problems. Maybe if the tech from High Speed Rooter and Plumbing had done even an ounce of diagnosis, his years of experience would have seen that it was a gas flow problem that was causing the water heater to not work; but instead all he wanted to do was sell me a $2200 water heater that I didn't need. Two thumbs down for that guy & this business by proxy.

Had hydrojetting service. Evan the sales guy was nice and he gave us decent quotes for the work of hydrojetting and getting a camera in there so we can see what is going on. Israel was a disgusting person to deal with and I would not recommend this company to anyone due to his behavior. After the job, they sent videos- said their camera wouldn't go in further after a certain point and that they did what they could. They recommend a fix which they say will cost $4000ish but are willing to give us a discount to $2800. When I told Israel I have a few more quotes to grab, he starts to get irritated, slightly raise his voice and argue, then note I have until the end of day to accept their quote. Huge red flag already, but fine. Afterwards, I had three other plumbers come with a free camera inspection so we can see what we were dealing with. All of them did confirm the same issues, but they were able to get the camera through to the main line and found more roots that would be removed by hydrojetting. The attached photo is of the root ball that was left over after their hydrojetting service. I reached back out to ask if they could come back to finish off that section, expressing my disappointment that THREE other plumbers were able to get their camera through. Israel the supervisor calls me back and was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with in the service industry. He started off my YELLING into the phone. I had to stop him multiple times during our convo and literally ask him to stop screaming. He starts by ranting about the cost of his machines and that he wasn't going to risk that for a job like this and that this isn't worth this time. Saying things like "you know how much these things cost!?". Then he tells me "he knows what I'm trying to do" insinuating that I was trying to not pay the bill, and that the plumbing industry is full of crooks. At the time when I reached out, the bill was already paid. Other plumbers offered to do the same work for less and don't have a disgusting attitude so I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

This is not how I wanted to start the new year. A couple of days after New Year's, I was doing laundry when the plumbing backed up. It was a Sunday, and after calling around, High Speed Plumbing was the only company that actually responded. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours and hydro-jetted the sewer line. I really appreciated working with Erin--he grew up in my neighborhood and still lives nearby. Having owned my home for a couple of decades, I've had more than a few bad experiences with contractors, but Erin took the time to explain what was going on and immediately put me at ease. Unlike other companies that charge just to run a camera down the line, High Speed Plumbing didn't. They showed me exactly what was happening and explained it clearly. Even though I had the sewer line replaced decades ago, the camera revealed breaks in the pipe and that the previous company hadn't run the line all the way to the main sewer in the street. I hired High Speed Plumbing to replace the line, and I can't recommend them enough. Erin and his business partner walked me through every step, showed me what they were seeing on the camera, and were upfront about pricing. When they gave me the quote, they clearly explained where potential additional charges might come up--no surprises, no games. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They were employees, not day laborers, and everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful of my house and yard. When you're already dealing with a bad situation, the last thing you want is a crew that makes it worse. High Speed Plumbing did the opposite--they made it better. Excellent experience from start to finish. I won't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues.

There was a $10,000 miscommunication that I'm currently in debt for. The work that needed to get done was multilayered and explained using technical language that I kinda understood. There were things added and removed on the invoice, discounts were applied and I thought I was paying $25,000 but in actuality it was $35,000. Ouch. I'll take some of the blame, after all the negotiating was done, they handed me an iPad that required my signature and in good faith I signed what I thought was a $25,000 contract. There was no walking me through what I was signing or any further explanation. I only realized the job was $35,000 after all the work was done and I had to pay them. I didn't have $35,000. Hopefully yelpers can learn from my mistake, and hopefully these guys explain their invoices better before placing an iPad in front of someone. The majority of the work that they did was underground so I'm hoping it works out but the work that we could see above ground was pretty sloppy. They left epoxy fingerprints on our new gate. The area where they patched up the concrete on the ground looks wonky and out of alignment. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they're probably better at plumbing, their finishing work isn't clean I would recommend using someone else.

I contacted High Speed Rooter and Plumbing for a slow drain and clogging for a bathroom sink. They responded within minutes, gave a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day all within an hour. The technician that came was Eric who did an excellent job. Eric was thorough in examination of the cause of clogging/slow drain and in his explanation. He looked at the pipes along with unclogging it and explained what he was doing. He informed of some plumbing issues and some hot water heater concerns. Eric took time to explain in detail, helped educate and was diligent in fixing the issue. Eric is very personable, kind, diligent, knowledgeable and fantastic at his job. His service and professionalism went beyond any expectation. I highly recommend Eric to anyone in need of plumbing and hot water servicing and High Speed Rooter and Plumbing. I will definitely reach out to High Speed and Eric specifically for any plumbing and hot water needs. Thank you Eric and High Speed Rooter! You are wonderful!

Eddy and Dany from High Speed Rooter & Plumbing did an awesome job! Eddy and Dany came out to install the new water line for my refrigerator and properly hook up my Waterdrop RO system (including the pressure tank). They did everything cleanly and professionally -- from running the line, making all the connections, to flushing the entire system afterward. What really stood out was how thorough they were. They cleaned up every bit of their mess and even wiped down the floors before leaving. No tools left behind, no water on the ground -- just a spotless job. These guys were polite, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing with the Waterdrop T4-A setup and pressure tank. My fridge now has great flow and the system is running perfectly. If you need reliable plumbing work done right (especially RO systems or fridge water lines), call High Speed Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Eddy and Dany. Highly recommend -- they earned the 5 stars!

Great plumbers, would call them out again. Plumber on site to give me a free quote was Francisco. Great guy. Dependable and knowledgeable. He was able to identify my issue, and was also able to find a leak that I didn't know I had! This guy didn't mind crawling under my home in order to see everything! I had called out 2 other plumbers previously but Francisco was the first to suggest going under the home to make sure he did the job right. I was a bit blown how he was dedicated to doing the job right and checking to make sure he understood the full picture before giving me the estimate. After agreeing on the work and price, he and his men came out the next day. Got the job done. I'm happy with my pressure reducing valve and how he fixed a leak from my drain line. Thank you again for your hard work Francisco, I have your number and will definitely consider you if any issues around the house arise

I had a major sewage blockage at my property and called Manny and Gio and I'm genuinely impressed with how well they handled it. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a straightforward way, and got to work right away. What really stood out was their persistence -- this wasn't an easy clog, but they didn't cut corners or rush the job. They stayed on it until it was fully resolved. They also kept the area clean, were respectful of the property, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you're dealing with any kind of plumbing issue, especially something as messy as a sewer blockage, I would absolutely recommend Manny and Gio without hesitation. Reliable, skilled, and honest -- exactly what you want in plumbers.

Jovanny & Alfredo arrived during the time window and both were very personable and professional. They were shown what the problem was and quickly knew what needed to be done to fix it. They suggested doing a hydro jet into the clogged pipe to blast the clog out. As soon as they began we were able to watch on the camera what was being done. A huge amount of "gunk" came out and when we turned on the kitchen faucet no more clog! They were both so friendly and both my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with them while they cleaned up all of their tools and the mess on the patio. They were so professional and I am so happy I gave them a call this morning. I gave them 5 stars but if I could give them 10 stars, I would. I'm definitely keeping their business card and will recommend them to all of our family & friends. Thank you Jovanny & Alfredo, you guys rocked!!!

The good: High Speed was available on a Sunday. I called for a main sewer back up. I called at Sunday morning 10am and then they arrived at 12pm. To snake the line it was like $170. They accept credit card. They are available on weekends for urgent/emergent issues. The not so good: They came to Snake the line, then they cable in the snake broke from the roots inside They told me because the snake broke, I had to be charged for it. The used a camera to see the line. They said I can pay for the hydrojet service- they said they'll charge me half the regular price and include the cost of the snake, so I paid $850 for hydro jetting. Then they tried to upsell me on digging a hole and replacing the section of 4 foot pipe for $3200. I said no thank you. I went with another plumbing company and I was able to avoid digging a hole and cutting out the pipe.
