Absolutely GREAT. We have used High Speed a couple of times in the recent past and this company never disappoints. Guy showed up a bit early, gave us a verbal estimate, got right to it, solved all five (5) household plumbing issues carefully, efficiently and quickly. Utterly professional. Most appreciated.

I had a mainline blockage and of course it happened without warning, while all my children were home for the holidays. When I called, they scheduled a plumber to respond in two hours and he showed up on time. Christian responded and I must say I was very impressed. He’s very professional and respectful. Even though I have an easily accessible clean out, the riser was filled with standing water so it was difficult to know if the snake was fed in the correct direction. He worked okay it and vacuumed out the standing water. He then had it snaked in no time at all. He remained on site while I ran multiple fixtures to make sure there was no restrictions. The drain worked perfectly. Christian earned my trust and I highly recommend them!

Jesse was very friendly and communicative and worked extremely efficiently. He told us exactly what to expect and he lived up to those expectations. Our previous plumbing company did not even answer my emergency call. Jesse came two days before Christmas and finished everything. I have a new Company now. High Speed Plumbing!

Horrible service. Set 5 toilets in my house without cutting the studs and capping half of them. Horrible caulking! Today found 2 leaks from toilets upstairs that went down to the ceiling and the 2 phone numbers listed go straight to voicemail. Not to mention that they set one of our toilets with the door open and we had to remove the door completely to swing it past the toilet. I do not leave bad reviews, check my record. I own multiple businesses and the last thing i would want to do is hurt a business but this is ridiculous. Can't believe how horrible the work was. I was going to just let everything go until I saw the leak today. Call me back if you care to fix your mistakes.

The service I received from High-Speed Plumbing is unprofessional and way too costlier. I requested their service to clear the kitchen sink drainage backing up. They scheduled the technician to come out between 10 and 12 noon. Rene shows up around 12. After discussing the details, he gave a quote for $254. Then revealed that he is the manager and he will have to send the technician later that day. Now I have to plan my day again to stay home. Though it is a premium price, I agreed to that as I wanted to get it done. I told him that their website has a $35 off for drain cleaning. He pushed back saying he is not aware of it and he said he will give $15 discount. $35 off is still on their site as of today. Agreed to pay $239. The technician showed up around 5:30 PM. He did the cabling of the kitchen sink through cleanout access. The problem didn't go away. He attempted to clean the P-Trap under the sink. He said he couldn't do it as it could have clued heavily. He recommended that I install an additional cleanout by opening the wall outside. He said Rene (their manager) will call me with a new quote the next day. He did call me the next day with a quote of $1400 to install and will credit the $239 back. At this time, I really felt uncomfortable with their price and inability to even attempt to clean the p-trap properly. Called another local plumbing company. They came out and did a sneak/cabling from the kitchen sink to the access line for $88. The blockage is cleared. High-Speed Plumbing didn't even send the receipt for the payment I made to them even after 2 days. I wouldn't recommend them for plumbing services.

I recently had another excellent experience working with High Speed Plumbing, and once again, Juan Coronado and his team exceeded expectations. I’ve worked with Juan previously on a toilet repair at my home, and after both experiences, it’s easy to see why his company has earned such a strong reputation for professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. In fact, after this latest job, I’m already looking forward to working with them again on an upcoming backyard/pool project I have planned. Our home was originally a remodeled flip, and while many cosmetic items were updated, some of the underlying plumbing fixtures—particularly in the master bathroom shower—were clearly overlooked and eventually needed attention. The hot and cold shower stems had snapped due to age and wear, the seat cushions were badly deteriorated, and the finishes/trim pieces were completely worn out and needed replacement. Given the age of the fixtures and the fact that they likely hadn’t been serviced in over 15 years, this could have easily turned into a much larger and more expensive repair. Marco, who served as the lead technician on the job, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through the repair process. John, who assisted on the job, was equally professional and attentive, and together they worked incredibly efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and care. What impressed me most was how transparent and customer-focused the entire team was. They didn’t push unnecessary replacements or attempt to upsell work that wasn’t needed. Instead, they focused on providing the right solution while keeping costs fair and reasonable. In today’s market—especially in California—that level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. The job was completed in impressive time, communication throughout the process was timely and professional, and the final result was excellent. The shower now functions like new again, and it’s reassuring knowing the work was done correctly by a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do. Juan has clearly built a company culture centered around trust, responsiveness, and quality service, and it shows in every interaction with his team. Huge thank you again to Juan, Marco, and John for another great experience. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and honest plumbing professionals.

I had this company come out to clear a drain line in the front yard. The technician said the blockage was from roots, and that he used a camera to confirm it, but would not show me the video or playback when I asked -- repeatedly. As a contractor of 45+ years, I know a camera inspection can be played back so the customer can see exactly where the blockage is, how far down the line it sits, and what the pipe condition looks like. He spent roughly 30 minutes wandering around the property, and when I asked for basic information -- location of the roots, distance, pipe direction, or any camera footage -- I spent another 10 minutes trying to get answers. He still would not provide anything. He avoided questions, turned his back to me, and offered no visual proof or explanation of his findings. The clearing itself took less than five minutes, but I was left with no documentation and no confidence in the outcome. Because of that, I now have Rescue Rooter coming on Monday to run a proper camera inspection and verify the line, since this company gave me nothing to rely on. The owner's public responses to unhappy customers were also not encouraging -- there seems to be very little interest in customer service or follow-up, just the transaction. Very disappointing experience. I will not be using this company again, and I would strongly recommend asking for clear communication, written details, and camera documentation before authorizing any work.

We had a great experience with this company. Very organized and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, professional and the price was reasonable. Our service technician was Chris V. The owner of the company "Juan" also showed up,that was very cool that the owner is making the rounds, you don't see this in many other businesses anymore. It is a family owned business. They have high standards and their work and equipment is great quality. We had a big job at our home. Our main pipe broke underneath our home, what a mess!!!! We called the company and they showed up ASAP! They snaked the pipe so we can get some relief and get us running till the next step. We had no idea what to do, they referred us to a clean up company to clean the yuk out of our crawl space. Once that was done Chris came out and completed the job. We were back on track within a day! Unbelievable!!!! We were so stressed, but Chris walked us step by step, kept us informed and did an exceptional job. I recommend this company to everyone who is in a need of a fantastic plumber. We had a drain back-up issue in our kitchen sink. So my husband did an internet search for plumbers in our area (Upland) that could come out A.S.A.P., are a family-owned business, and reasonable service charges. He found High Speed Plumbing Inc. After asking a few questions related to our service needs, he liked what he heard, and made arrangements for someone to meet him at our home the next day. Chris V. was the Plumber to made the home service call. Chris was on time, professional, knowledgeable, made recommendations for future drain cleansing and maintenance, because the drain has a lot of "gunk" build up...not surprising since we live in a 1922 home, have lived here for 14 years, and obviously the drain has had a lot of usage history. EVEN BETTER, Chris informed my husband that the company employs a number of U.S. military veterans...FANTASTIC!!! We support our troops and give thanks to the men and women who have defended and continue to defend our country. The Green Family

I wished I could give minus stars for this unprofessional and extremely expensive cie. I would highly disrecommend it. I had a hot water issue. I called them and they had a technician come to my place the day after. It was agreed that the first visit is just to see what was wrong and that I do NOT need to pay anything unless the technician performs some work. After an hour, the technician informed us that there was a pipe leak and they need to come back with big trucks and sophisticated material to fix it. This is gonna cost $4500. Then he asked me to pay $250 for his inspection. When he left, we've noticed that there was no water coming out from the hot feature. I called the cie, a manager, John, came and apologized for what happened and turned on the hot water and told me that because of what had happened, he can fix it for $3800. `I called another cie, they came over and did an amazing job for $600. ( no huge trucks, no sophisticated material)

Had our shower and toilets backing up on Father's Day! What a gift. We worked all day trying to clear it. Finally gave in and looked up a 24 hour plumber. We found High Speed Plumbing on Yelp! When we called, the dispatch lady quoted $49 just to come out and give a quote. I was afraid of high plumbing costs and thought I'd wait until tomorrow, an actual business day, to at least save the $49. Not 2 minutes passed by and a gentleman called us back offering to help us. He said he could send a technician for no charge to see how he could help us. Within an hour Min showed up! He was nice, professional and super helpful. He cleared the clog. Gave us a fair price. He also gave us advice as to why our plumbing was giving us issues. I'm very happy we found High Speed Plumbing! You just gained a customer for life!

Highly recommend High speed plumbing! We had a blocked main line, called several plumbers who overcharged, didn’t show, and said we needed other unnecessary services that cost thousands. We finally called HSP, they got us an appointment same day, within a couple of hours. Jonathan Pineda was on time, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, communicative , and assessed the issue quickly. Had all the tools to unblock and run a camera in a short period of time. Didn’t overcharge or offer other services we didn’t need, and explained everything along the way. Give us great advice to avoid future issues and maintain a clear line. We were very happy with the service , rapid response, reasonable costs, respect, and treatments from High Speed Plumbing. Highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing services.

I could not be more happy and satisfied with the work that this company did for me and my family. Within an hour of identifying a water leak from the main water line to my home, I spoke to Juan by phone who was very courteous and helpful and he dispatched Donald who showed up promptly and quickly located the issue and repaired a potentially dangerous and disruptive situation for my family. Even after the extensive digging and pipe repair outside of my home, Donald came inside and helped me with a small nagging leak beneath my kitchen sink. It was truly a wonderful and helpful experience to an otherwise stressful situation. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I live a couple of hours away and needed to find a plumber close to my elderly dad. I looked up plumbers on the internet and was impressed with the High Speed Plumbing website. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady. My dad had someone at his house replacing a water heater within 1.5 hours. I spoke with my dad after and he was very impressed with Jonathon and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I received numerous texts updating me from Jonathon on the status of the service call. I also received a call after completion letting me know about another issue that needs to be addressed with my dad. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing.

Couldn't be happier with this company. My mom had a main sewer issue at her house in Monrovia and had rescue rooter come just to tell me it was all broken and I had to pay them 15k no way. That's when I called High speed plumbing and Eddie came out to snake out the main and also ran a camera. My mom did have some problems with the main sewer line so Eddie gave me some options and always had me in the loop of everything and didn't take advantage of my mom. High plumbing speed price was half the cost of the other big guys.And now my mom has a new sewer .. Thanks guys P.s ask for Eddie
