Ruth!! What a savior!!! She was so smart and knew everything so fast! My place is not easy to deal with and she didn’t hesitate one bit! She worked so late just to make sure my townhome was taken care of! She explained everything she was doing to help a homeowner learn instead of just leaving me in the dark! Ruth you are the best and if you call high five ask for her ! You won’t be disappointed!! Great hire high five ! I’ll be recommending her to everyone !

Peyton was the technician who worked on my plumbing issues. He was prompt, courteous and informed me of what was happening. The office also was very thorough as well and communication was top notch. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Manny is a fabulous technician! He was prompt, thorough, and kind, which I truly value. He did an amazing job making sure we were up to code AND made sure we had heat before leaving for the day on a two day job. Manny and Leo worked together on the a/c unit on day 2 and were awesome! Thanks for the prompt and friendly service. We are grateful.

All of the workers we’ve interfaced with have been friendly and competent, but I no longer will be using this company because the workers seemingly get pressure from higher-ups to upsell. They tried to tell us that a new furnace would cost $20,000, and when we said we (obviously) would be getting other quotes, they tried to make the matter seem urgent and that any company quoting lower wouldn’t do a good job. We just had another company come out for a quote - not only was the quote less than half of that, they mentioned we likely don’t even need a furnace replacement (which makes sense, our furnace has been running fine, it just needed some maintenance).

This company Jim Needham plumbing, took such advantage of me. My hot water heater was leaking. I used them because my neighbor had just used them and said they were good. i had just been diagnosed with ulcers and heart issue, so I wasn't myself. They told me that I needed this water filtration system, that I didn't need or want, but I wasn't myself in a weakened state. I agreed to the work and signed all paper before ever seeing the bill. After looking at the 17,000 thousand dollars for the stuff they installed, I was absolutely shocked and appalled at how over charged I had been. There was nothing I could do, since I had agreed and signed everything. They are a very bad company that took me for everything penny, and plus, that they could. Please don't ever trust theses people! After talking to many people in the industry, I was told that TOPS I should have paid maybe between 8 and 12 thousand dollars. They so screwed me that I want everyone to know what they did to me. Please listen and read!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be documented so other homeowners understand what they may be dealing with. Back in August, we hired High 5 Plumbing for an electrical service upgrade due to issues at our home. The scope included installing a new breaker panel, a sub-panel, and replacing several outlets. The job was sold to us as a one-day project for just under $12,000. Payment and billing were handled very quickly. Unfortunately, the same level of urgency did not exist when it came to completing the work correctly. Most of the installation was performed by an apprentice while the experienced technician was repeatedly pulled away to run other service calls. What was promised as a one-day job turned into three separate workdays spread across roughly two weeks and weekends. The workmanship is not code compliant. The electrical inspector has now failed the project twice. The panel door does not properly open, and the inspector confirmed the installed sub-panel was not even listed on the permit. The inspector also indicated the installation may need to be removed and redone entirely in order to pass inspection. I was instructed to schedule the inspections myself. After the first failed inspection, no one from the company contacted me. Concerned about the permit expiring and potentially being responsible for additional permit fees, I scheduled another inspection on my own. The morning of that inspection I received a call from the company stating they “noticed the final inspection wasn’t scheduled.” I was told someone would follow up. That call occurred on February 6th, the day of the second failed inspection. According to my call log, that was the last time anyone from High 5 Plumbing contacted me. As of today, more than a month later, I still have not received a single follow-up call. Additional problems with the job: • A hole was cut in my garage drywall for an outlet that was never installed, leaving damage behind • No cleanup was performed — I cleaned the jobsite myself • The lead installer later returned over a weekend in his personal vehicle outside of normal company hours because he was concerned about being reprimanded by new management for the job not being completed on time, even though he had been scheduled on other service calls during the project If this is the result of new management, it is a serious concern for both customer experience and the long-term reputation of the company. As a homeowner, the most concerning part of this situation is that I now have electrical work in my home that has failed inspection twice. I do not currently have confidence that the installation was done safely, and I should not have to question whether the work performed in my home poses a potential fire hazard. This work was performed in August, and months later I am still left with failed inspections, an open permit tied to my property, and electrical work that cannot be finalized. Homeowners hire contractors to complete work properly and pass inspection. That has not happened here. If High 5 Plumbing returns, corrects the installation to code, and closes the permit, I will update this review. Otherwise, I will be pursuing formal complaints through the appropriate consumer protection channels so this situation can be resolved.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Brill, a plumber with High Five HVAC, to troubleshoot and upgrade both a regular water tank and a tankless water heater system. Because of his high competence, clear cut explanations and thorough, careful work, Tim has my highest recommendation. The tankless system went from putting out a satisfactory amount of hot water for showers, sinks and a tub to only providing cold water literally overnight. I was able to get a next day appointment with Tim - which was itself a great thing compared to larger plumbing companies - and Tim was able to quickly show me the root of the problem, explain the options thoroughly, and resolve it quickly. Although he answered my questions and made sure that I did not have any others, at no point did Tim attempt to upsell or oversell a solution, which I greatly appreciated and is a big part of my top recommendation. A different representative came later that day to handle AC and furnace cleaning, and evidently caused some water to intrude upon a water leak sensor, which went off at that visit. Unfortunately, that alarm then cut off hot water to that part of the house, and I was without hot water for the balance of that night. However, Tim came again early the following morning and resolved the issues, making sure that I learned how to fix the problem if there was a similar alarm in the future. Again, I appreciated Tim’s immediate response and the fact that he educated me on what to do if there was any accidental water intrusion in the future. He went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable with the fix and that I knew who to call if there were any future concerns. I’m very pleased with High 5 and their overall responsiveness. Greg

High 5 did good work initially, replacing a terrible installation of a new main sewer line. Since then, I have regretted working with them. They signed me up for a year membership with some free inspection services, and so on as part of that original work. I received more phone calls, texts, and emails from them than from my entire family combined. My wife said if I called her as much as they called me, we would get a divorce. Repeated contact to accept quotes I never even received, to book inspections, and now, to book inspections they've already done. All that contact, and they no-called and no-showed to an electrical inspection I had scheduled with them. On a water / sewer inspection, they quoted me $1k to replace 2 water shutoff valves under bathroom sinks. No complication with them, just need a basic replacement. They just called again to book a service they've already completed. I called the provided number back, and the person that answered can only take my # and have someone else call me back. Playing phone tag to fix your broken process is not on my to-do list today. I will not be renewing the annual service thing with High 5 and until they fix these terrible processes, I don't recommend agreeing to it in the first place.

Hired High 5 to install a water softening system about a month ago. Since this system was installed, various plumbing things around the house have not been working properly. When I called out a technician, he claimed that there was a different piece that failed and was causing these issues, and gave some inconsistent explanations as to what the issue is. He also inadvertently shut off my water entirely for several hours and left. He ultimately returned later that day (initially they told me that my water was going to remain off overnight so at least he managed to come back and fix the problem he caused). A manager was supposed to call me today to discuss these problems, but that didn't happen. High 5 has definitely lost my business and frankly I regret working with them at all in the first place. They've taken a good amount of money from us to do work, and every time they've come and gone, our stuff has worked worse than when they first arrived.

High Five is an excellent company. I have used them three times for plumbing and heating. All technicians that have been to my home are very competent. They let you know when your technician will be arriving for the appointment. They keep the work site clean while providing services. They wear protective covering over their shoes to keep your floors clean. The work performed is excellent. When at your residence they will give you options from what they call basic repair, to mid road repair, to peace of mind repair, and the cost for each. I have used the mid range twice and peace of mind option once. My latest technician was Michael Keebler for a hot water heater issue. He saved me about $3500 from having to get a new water heater, when he could have sold me on getting a new one. That is integrity that I can trust. I believe High Five provides quality service. I will continue to use High 5. I recommend them. Five stars.

I can't speak highly enough about High Five and their amazing team. I operate a spa in an historic building and we are often dealing with plumbing and electric issues due to the age of the property. The High Five team has continually gone above and beyond to solve our varied problems. Each member of the team has always articulated the issues and solutions in easy to understand terms. They have come back as needed to make any alterations or corrections to previous service and have checked back in to make sure things are working appropriately after each service call. Many thanks to Mike, Mike, Evan, Gage, Master, Nathan, Leslie, and those who helped that I may not have gotten the name of. We'll always use High Five for our plumbing and electric needs thanks to their impeccable customer service and care to creating long lasting solutions that keep our business running.

I recently had Nate from High 5 out to do electrical work on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. Nate was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work before getting started. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. Not only was the quality of the work top-notch, but Nate also made sure everything was clean and organized when he finished. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats your home with that level of respect. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Nate at High 5. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs!

Tuesday August 12,2025 looks like we need to find another service they were supposed to put a kitchen faucet in today they showed up and said it was over six hundred dollars to install a kitchen faucet ? That is totally insane I really thought this was a great company but now I'm reconsidering that. In the past I was very impressed with Jim Needham now not so much and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. This is my mother-in-law's house she's 90 years old and they were going to charge over six hundred dollars ? Shame on this company. My wife said when the the technician Doug Hammond left He sat in his truck for quite a while in the driveway, then came back and tried to charge for a service call. Think real hard before you call this company for service. Jim Needham heating plumbing and air conditioning will never get our business again.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and provide a glowing review for High 5, especially the team led by Senior Technician Ralph. They did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our old furnace and AC unit with a sleek, more energy-efficient heat pump and HVAC system. The team arrived promptly in three vans, demonstrating their preparedness. They efficiently dismantled our old system and came fully equipped with all the new equipment and piping needed. Their professionalism and respect for our property were evident throughout the entire process. They left the site impeccably clean and, impressively, completed the entire installation in just one day. We are incredibly pleased with the new system and the exceptional service we received. Thank you, High 5 and Ralph's team!

We live in wash park and We had 4k of work done and two years later the whole welding fell apart and we had other companies come out and tell us how horrible the work was. Actually, another high five employee had come out a year later and told us how terrible the work was, we should have known as the entire time the guy worked on our house he was smoking and flicking the butts around our garden. When we called they said they couldn’t get someone out to look at the leak for 9 days, what a joke. We als had a guy come out and quote us for a fridge water line and it was more than the price of a new fridge at like over 1000 dollars , we hired a guy to do it for 200$ and he said it was an easy job, took less than 20 minutes. Be careful working with this company
