“This company has pretty much gone downhill since we used them last time. We used them 4 years ago to replace a 20 gallon water heater. Needed them to replace another 20 gallon water heater and they charged me $2000 more than the last time. I get it prices have gone up labor etc...Had to get the water heater in, forwarded information to a couple of folks said why are we paying $7K for a 20gallon water heater so …”
