Overall I had a good experience. The company had issue with the answering service getting the call out, so I had to wait a while longer than expected, but once they received it they were at my home within 30 minutes. The technician Amanda Sheppard was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What we found wasn't a simple fix, so I had to get multiple quotes. They were a little on the higher side as far as cost, but the warranty they offer was pretty good. If you needed a quick repair than I would definitely call them first, but if you need a major overhaul than it's always best to shop around.

Levi and Dalton were very professional and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the potential problem and solved it in no time. They were protective of our property and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They asked if we had any questions about the job and solution and encouraged to call again if we had any other plumbing needs. Great representative of the company. Oh, the price was very good!

The boys did excellent. Great communication, interacted very well, very knowledgeable about the job that they were performing for the customer. They let me know every step that they were doing and I would recommend them again and again - great job team- keep up the good work. Overcharging for simple repairs. A gasket had come off PVC pipe under sink. Part cost less than $10, took different plumber 5 minutes to complete repair. Hi Tech/Air Comfort wanted to charge me $1100 and rebuild my sink drain that was installed last year. No thank you. Their plumbers work on commission and they charge $800 an hour regardless of what the problem is. It’s like paying a plastic surgeon to remove a splinter. For large elaborate repairs, I think they do great work, but for simple stuff, I’ll go elsewhere. No one from your staff has reached out to me to discuss my complaint about your overcharging policies. You need to do better - be transparent, if you are going to charge a base rate of $800 an hour for ANY repair you need to have that on your website.

Air Comfort Solutions manages this company. They blackmail you into giving them 5 star reviews because their technicians get 25$ if you do. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company is the single worst thing to ever happen to me. They refused to attempt to clear a drain for me and instead sold me a 10,000$ service as a cheaper option than digging up my floor. they preyed on my fear and ignorance and their “solution” flooded my utility room and garage and doesn’t work even after they “fixed” it by replacing a part in the pump they used to bypass my floor drain. Another plumbing company cleared my drain for 230 dollars in less than an hour. Never under any circumstances use this company for your plumbing needs. They are poorly managed and have poor ethical practices. Not to mention they’re extremely over priced even if you do happen to get lucky and not have them break or ruin something in your home.

Robert and Stephen were great at explaining what our quote would be for our house after a thorough inspection of our plumbing, inside and outside. There is currently an outside leak under the front patio slab. There had been another leak, in the same slab, a few years ago and repaired by another plumbing company. Due to leaks cropping up, and our house being 75 years old, we decided to have our house updated with new pex pipes, proper shutoff valves throughout our home and a salt free water treatment device installed that will substantially reduce our hard water problem. We will also be replacing our two old hot water heaters and one faucet kit for our bathtub. I think that's it. I'd have to look at our contract to see if I am missing anything. The installers are here now starting work. It will most likely take them two and a half days to finish doing the work.

Very knowledgeable, to the point and transparent. Looking forward to the full solution they are going to provide. The job is not over but I love the fact that there is attention to detail, every connection to the main sewer line is inspected and cleaned or repaired. Highly recommend these guys! Day 5, entire house solution to our sewage problem. Issue solved. Trenches sewer repair is the technology you should use. Once again, this team rocked! Professional, attention to detail and cleaned the areas they worked in. Call ACS for the HighTech guys to correct any plumbing issues. I will use them again.

Gage was on time, very friendly & professional. He informed me that I’d receive an estimate from Jerred, which I received. While I cannot afford the toilet prices provided, I would like to have Jerred remove the existing one, scope the sewer like, and quote a price on installing a clean-out. If he is willing to install a toilet that I provide that’s great. Otherwise I will do it myself.

We had several people who could not connect water to our new refrigerator, Kaden knew what to do right away. He gave use 3 options that could be done, explained the pros and cons of each one. We chose the least expensive option. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We appreciated him very much.

Amanda was my first contact and then Christian Randall came and did the installation. Both were excellent, very personable and professional. With that said, I do not like the a I scheduling system.I do believe it costs me close to fifteen hours.In getting service, I do not like the a I system

Chad Cook and Hayden Cramer came by to address an issue with a grounding wire from a precious install. They very quickly fixed the concern at no charge. Both were very courteous, professional, expedient and did an all around great job. Thank you to both of them!!!

Brad Stoehr is the best! Brad is Courteous, attentive and thorough. He and Hi tech as a company do a great job that exceeds my expectations. Today’s job was a follow up inspection and repair of one small sink all of which took approximately one hour.
