Friendly, quick and efficient! Both men were very knowledgeable and explained the scope of work that needed to be done! They were in and out very quickly as well! I’m came away very impressed with Caleb, his assistant and Herman’s Plumbing!

I have had Herman’s out 3 times now and it has been the best experience. Wiston and Jack are a very knowledgeable great dynamic duo. The front office people are so nice and flexible. A project I have been losing sleep over was a shockingly reasonable price. I got pictures after. I just can’t say enough.

Herman’s is great! They were available quickly, the office communicated well, confirmed the appointment, and let me know the plumber was on his way, including a photo of who to expect - very helpful. They have consistently sent the same plumber, who is familiar with my system. He’s professional, polite, respectful of me, my home, and my time. He’s knowledgeable and fair. I would highly recommend Herman’s.

We hired mds pluming to hook our R O water system back up, install a faucet and hook backup the garbage disposal after we installed a new sink. We knew the RO system wasn't hooked up right because as soon as he turned it on it started pouring water and it takes an RO system 24 hrs to fill the tank before you have water pressure. So we tested it and it was city water. They came back an fixed it but charged us again saying it was our fault because our system was old. We had a leak and many more problems. Stay away from this company! We normally use Norman heat and air plumbers or Usry but our contractor wanted us to use them. Big mistake. We ended up spending 813 dollars to install a cooktop that Lowe's said they would install for 130. and hook up a sink to an RO system that was already installed that just needed to be hooked to a new faucet , and install a new faucet and soap dispenser and reattach the garbage disposal.

Initially very helpful when explaining our issue. However, after 3 attempts to receive a quote for repairs I am moving on to another company.

MDS Plumbing came out to run a gas line from my stove, through my pantry and in to the laundry room to hook up my gas dryer. The job took them 70 minutes to complete from the time they arrived at my door to the time they left. So imagine my surprise when we were instead charged 2 hours labor for each of the technicians at $82.50/hour. When I immediately called in after they left (at 1 PM on a Friday) the answering service told me they had left for the day and would pass my message along. When I hadn't heard from them by Wednesday I again called in. This is when I was told that I was being charged not just for the time they spent actually working, but from the time my call came in. The woman who answered the phone claimed this was to include drive time (I live less than 3 miles from their office) and time they spent to stop and purchase materials. Personally, I don't agree with this method, in my opinion we were charged $165 for time we have no way of tracking. For all we know they could have stopped for lunch, ran personal errands, etc during this time. The time we were charged for should have started when they reached our home and began working. For this reason I will not be using MDS Plumbing for any future jobs nor will I be recommending them to friends and family.

From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly prompt, sending someone out the same day I emailed, which was a huge relief. Josh, the plumber who handled the job, was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through every step of the process with clarity and patience. His attention to detail was impressive, and he even took the time to clean up after himself — a rarity based on past experiences with other plumbers. Speaking of which, we’ve had several disappointing plumbing services in the past, but Herman’s Plumbing, and Josh in particular, stood out as the best by far. I was so impressed that I made sure to grab Josh’s business cards to share with friends and family. Massively over tightened an outdoor frost free faucet and damaged a solder joint. Faucet blew apart on Xmas day. I called and the outgoing message states: "we no longer work on weekends" I was astonished! Finally reached them on Tues 12/27 and reported the problem. At the first hint that this might be a redo of the previous repair they immediately went into " the dog ate my homework" mode. After Becky repeatedly telling me that that would send some out they never did. 10 days deep she tells me that I am at the top of the service call list. Still no show. I guess easier to just lie than stand behind your work! Sad and pitifu! FYI with 45 minutes of my time and Pennys worth of solder and flux I was able to correct the damage that these "Professionals" incurred. I wouldn't recommend these folks to properly screw on a garden hose!

I had 2 shop buildings that was my father's before he passed away that didn't have water turned on for 20 years. Bo and his assistant came out and spent approx 5 hrs on both buildings. First #1, then #2. They knocked each one out methodically. I didn't know where the water turn on was, from the house to the shop. Didn't know where the water turn on was from the first shop to the second shop. They found them and replaced several ball cock valves and piping. I am super pleased with the work this company did and am recommending them to anybody needing plumbing service. Also, they came within the hour when I had called them!! A++

Skyler and his helper were amazing. They both were very professional, respectful, kind, and even shared with me how the plumbing in this old house should have been installed. This was why I was having clogs, a lot. They even saved a birds nest that had 4 baby birds in it that was knocked down from some Virginia creeper vines up close to the roof. I truly appreciated their patience with the clogged drain and their kindness with the babies in the bird nest. 🥰 I definitely will recommend them to everyone. Thank you, as well, for coming out on the same day as I called!

Used MDS numerous times. Then this. Wrote them with the comment below. Never replied to even acknowledge. So... "I have perhaps never had a more negative customer interaction. Honestly and objectively, I don't know what Larry's problems were that day, but he seemed to be 110% pissed off from the start. I literally thought he might swing at me in the hall. I felt I had to apologize for them having to come. Just glaring, cross armed, unresponsive, confrontational."

Reece and his assistant (didn’t catch his name) arrived not to long after I called for an appointment. Had an outdoor spigot that was leaking pretty badly. He gave me a couple of options and the pricing on them both. They were fast and efficient and very friendly. Got my new spigot and they even cemented it in. It’s pretty snazzy! 😉 great work and will use this company again for sure! Thank you!

We had an emergency with main water line iwith 99 unit condos. Call Hermans and they had someone out within an hour and they were very professional and got the main line cleared within an hour. They recommended that they come out and help us with an issue we have been concerned about snd they would bring their camera and view the wayer lines.

Winston, like all of the other Herman’s Plumbing technicians and staff that I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with was first rate! A few days after my review posted, I got a call from MDS. "Can we send somebody over tomorrow?" I said sure but wondered how it would turn out. Answer: it turned out fine. They sent somebody who was probably older and who was certainly wiser, and now we have a tap working properly. All's well that ends well.
