Very prompt after hours service. Air conditioning was not working, and Patrick got it working and cooling the house in a very short time. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, the repair that was needed and several recommendations to extend the life of our unit.

Robert and Malik arrived this morning to repair our drainage lines. They completed the job and exceeded all our expectations. They completed the job in less time than expected and everything is working great. Robert explained all the issues and how they would be fixing them very clearly and answered all questions we had. I would definitely recommend these two to anyone. Thank you both and thank you to HEP for taking care of us!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ray showed up on time and was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the problem in a way that made sense, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The work was clean, efficient, and fairly priced. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but this company absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done and will definitely call them again in the future.

Jimmy B, Aaron Lee, and Josh Butler did an amazing job installing my new electrical panel and a/c in less than 8 hours. I can’t believe how hard they worked in such a small space and worked so well together. Really impressed with them and how hard they worked and how quickly they finished the job in 88 degree weather. All three were so polite and also funny, but most of all professional!
