Amanda did great work on our home! She arrived the same day I requested service and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. Highly recommend!

Nathan was very professional and helpful with getting a new roof and installing gutters. He took the time to explain to me and my husband as a first time home owner. He was clear on what happend and showed us the photos he took and explained them amazingly. Added a new quote for some siding that needed repaired to keep my roof from leaking. Josh also came out later for the happy call.

Avoid HEP Plumbing at all cost. Earlier this week, I paid them $500 to snake my line, but it didn't solve the issue. They then quoted me $1,800 to replace the plumbing stack—a job worth less than $400 and turns out the clog was past that anyway and the $1800 would have made it a total of $2,300 and it still would not have fixed the problem!! I called Roto-Rooter instead, and they successfully cleared the line for only $220 and did NOT need to replace stack. Save your money and use any plumber but them. I had a 'Great experience' with Roto Rooter. Call them.

Advertised half price service. Were at my home less than 30 minutes to repair a pin hole size leak. The drywall was already removed exposing the leak. They charged us $662 for their service. Less than 8” of pipe, and 2 couplings! They were extremely rude when questioned on the pricing. We were told they would refund a portion of the fee, then rushed to cash the check the day of the service. We were never given an invoice. These people are crooks, and karma is a real thing. Please check around before you decide on a company. Lesson learned!

THEIVES AND LIARS! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Hep came out to my home to determine where a leak in my garage was coming from. On 1/16 the plumbing technician was adamant that the leak was coming from the water heater. He stated the water heater needed to be replaced and asked for $1232 to do so. He asked for a deposit of $500 which I agreed to but was charged the full $1,232 instead prior to completing the work. I filed a claim through Rheem and asked them to leave the old water heater on site and they refused. Accused me of trying to do a double claim on the water heater. 1/17 they came to install & were almost completed with the work but we noticed the leak continued. We asked them to check to make sure that it wasn't something else causing the leak & it turns out it was a leak coming from a pipe in the wall. They would have continued the work unless we had said something. They learned that our homeowner's insurance was involved & without looking at what needed to be completed provided a price of $4,900. I asked them to disregard the insurance and quote for the actual work that would be completed not the insurance price. We paused the work until Monday 1/20 when both my home insurance adjuster and the field manager came out to determine what work needed to be completed. He explained potentially what needed to be done based on findings and remained with the $4900 quote. They agreed to provide a plumber's report, keep the damaged part and take before and after pictures of the patch work. The next day they easily located the leak, they cut a piece of plywood to gain access to the leak and repaired the leak. They also patched one hole & placed a piece of wood over the other. They didn't take pictures of the repair completed on the wall & have yet to explain what caused the leak. The quoted for up to 10ft of concrete breakage which did not occur. Instead of patching the hole they placed a piece of wood in front of it. They installed the expansion tank in front of the main water line and had to fix that. When they left the water heater was still leaking. They stated that it may be due to water that was backed up. We cleaned it up and the leak stopped. 1/28 they came to fix the main water line issue & tried to collect another $3700 for the work. I explained I was being overcharged for the work & needed a breakdown of the actual work & correct pricing. Jeanette in billing said she would speak to the manager and call me back. She left a voicemail later on that day stating that the balance was correct and the morning after without my authorization charged my bank account for the $3700. This has cost me an unreasonable $6,132. If this company had competent techs they would have diagnosed appropriately, and I would have avoided having to replace a water heated that didn't need replacing. If they were an honest company they would have charged me the correct price, which should be half of what they charged. In addition, this company doesn't respond to phone calls, and you can't ever speak to management. However, when they want their money, they are completely available. I had to involve the BBB because they stopped communicating. I have asked for all they agreed to provide, and they have yet to supply any of it. I've asked for a refund in the amount of $2450. This would put the cost at what it should have cost to complete this work, and they have refused. Attaching pictures of the poor workmanship and of a home that isn't mine that was included in my invoice. I hope the $6,132 was worth it.

I was charged over $200 just so they could tell me what was wrong. After telling me the electrical components were bad and need to be replaced, I discovered some switch wires were crossed. How do I know. I did nothing else after the technician left other than try the switch. I now MUST have one switch in the off position and another switch in the on position to turn on one device. I am now worried because this technician went into my breaker panel and I thought I heard him struggling to get it back on. I hope he did not leave anything else worse than when he found it! Time sometimes pass and we for get so I am putting a continuous reminder to never use "HEP is on the way" services ever again! I initially gave him a 5 star at the technicians request before he ever started any work because he said if I did he would give me a good discount. Some discount. What a laugh but not funny if my house catch's fire because of the poor checks and poor reassembly. Very poor quality "not work" work. Lesson learned about giving reviews before any work is done. Lesson learned that even with a high overall rating. You can't find where to rate them on their website or on your own. The technicians name that I was given was Josh by the way and I will put his name in the notes for never hire HEP and sorry but if I get assigned a technician named Josh from any company, I will refuse to use their service. Yes, you can tell from my lack of punctuation but I am steaming mad right now. I've had bad before, but I have never been duped into giving a good review when not warranted. As I get older I was trying to be more trusting. I am back on my "mistrust until proven otherwise" thought pattern. Thanks for that Josh.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. I had two individuals come out to give me an estimate for work and to send someone out the next day. The young man came out the next day - explained why one of the items was unable to be completed as it was described in the estimate and one of the other estimated items was not even on the list to be done and that it would be $2000 more and they would have to come out another day to do it. That other day was today - called me to say this item had to be completed in a different way than the original estimate and will be another $500. The only thing he repaired from the initial 3 items was to redo the pvc pipes under the sink and repair the drain since both sides leaked. First day - said the left side just needed tightened but when they were back out to let him know if it was leaking. Which is was - he just tightened again today / still leaking. So I spent over $600 to still have a leaky sink. As for the job that was going to cost me $500 more (total $2400) - I cancelled that. Still waiting to hear if I get that money back. So in total 3 visits, $1500 and my sink still leaks. Never use HEP.

We had a new heat pump installed at the end of May. Since then, we've had over a dozen visits to preform repairs. It is now the end of October and the system has been completely shut down for the past 2 weeks. No a/c, heat, fan, air flow at all. We're also unable to get a date when they will be back out again. Each technician that has been out points out mistakes made by the other previous ones while at the same time saying how knowledgeable that they are. It seems that almost everything within the unit has been replaced. At this point we're even considering having someone else come out and repair it and charging HEP for the repair. Being a larger established company, and referred by Lowes, I thought that they would know what they were doing. Obviously, I was wrong. At least I'll know if any other issues (plumbing, etc.) with the house come up in the future. We're senior citizens on a fixed income, we can't afford this kind of additional expense and feel we don't deserve the treatment or frustration that we are receiving. In my opinion, I would suggest, that if you're considering using this company for anything at all, think again.

I had a clog in my line near the clean out valve of my septic tank I called hep and they came out the guy told me he snaked 140 ft on my 71 foot trailer. Then he proceeded to charge me $580 to "attempt" to fix the problem (he did not) he then proceeded to tell me all my pipes under the WRONG bathroom were broken (again they were not). And that I would have to pay 3,400 if I wanted it fixed. He then left he didn't put my panel back on my trailer (the he slid off) he left the cap off my clean out and left my toilet unhooked from the water. I called and complained and they sent another guy out a few days later said guy was extremely unprofessional i essentially did their job for them and they told me that they charge $580 just to pull a toilet and snake with no promise of your problems being fixed. Then the second guy lied about the clog saying it was a rootball (there are no trees close to my septic tank... nor did he look to see the clog) the only upside is I'm getting HALF my money back but I still would not recommend. Basically the companies motto is we take your money but we don't promise to do our job!

Stay away! We attempted to use them for a bathroom remodel and wanted it to be permitted, and was quoted a figure in which we paid half the price upfront and waited for the inspector to come out to begin the permitting process. We received a text a week later when the job is supposed to be finished letting us know that they don't pull permits in our county. We called the county office and they informed us that HEP was operating on an expired license and was illegally working in our county. We put them in contact with management and supposedly they updated their license. Over the next week we received excuse after excuse as to the delays they were experiencing and getting the permit, and finally on week three they informed us that they need to send out another technician and grab more photos. This technician was very nervous to tell us that he didn't know how they quoted us the original figure and got on the phone with his boss only to inform us that they would need an extra $2000 to complete the job. We fired them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely poor customer service. Extreme. Multiple techs have just not shown up & nobody calls to reschedule. That is on you. When you do re-schedule a no call, no show tech they won't reschedule until days later. In the past week, I've had 5 appointments AFTER original problem was "fixed" last Friday: 1st was here 15 minutes & left before finishing the job. 2nd came to finish but had no tools. 3rd appointment was moved without my knowledge, 4th appointment ghosted me after being 8 hours late. 5th appointment magically found something else to new after fixing last tech's mistake. EXTREMELY unprofessional, 5-6 hours late on every appointment& poor customer service. Do not recommend under ANY circumstances. I am now 5 weeks from my initial call & still no repair. If this tells you anything - I'm starting over with a new, LOCAL company. Anything to get away from the money pit that is working with this company.

First toilet repair was way more expensive than we thought. "Brett Nicely" put on the pressure for a 5-star Google review mentioning his name, and since it seemed like he had solved the initial problem, I went ahead and gave him one. But after he was gone, the toilet quit shutting off after flushing, and we had a constant trickle that wouldn't stop without help - a problem we didn'thave before the first repair. Second visit to complete the work was at no cost, as it should be, but we kept having the same problem. Same pressure for a 5-star Google review, and I think my wife may have given one. Third visit seems to have finally solved the problem, but with a sales pitch about how we need to replace the house's plumbing to really fix whatever went wrong with the toilet from the first repair. Yeah, right. Now the toilet doesn't flush as well as it did before this all started, but I won't have HEP touch it with a 10-foot wrench.

CALLER BEWARE!!! My daughter called HEP forAC service for a freon leak. Their tech came out and made some leak checks. Told us the lead set was cracked in two places and had several other leaks. $3700 to replace. He added 22oz of freon(yes i watched the scale) and then said he added 2.5 lbs but will only charge for two. Since Im not ignorant, I know a pressurized system will not work if it has cracks in it. Payed them their $400 and he left. Called in my tech who is trustworthy. There were 0 leaks on the lead set. However the evaporator coil was leaking. He ordered the replacement and added 3# of Freon. Called HEP and customer service said no problem, just provide a receipt for your other vendor and we will refund your money. When she did that, the owner got on the line and said he wasnt refunding anything. The tech was there and he put in freon. He's not refunding anything. CALLER BEWARE!!!

HEP is not not on the way. We called as an emergency on a Friday night. No problem, they said. We will be out between 8 AM to 1PM to assess. Nothing. I called back and was told that they were running late. Things happen; I get that. They said they'd be out between 1 and 6 PM. Nothing. No calls to give an update. Nothing. I called at 6 and they said we are still on the schedule. I asked if this was now between 6 PM and 12 AM and they said they didn't know but probably after 9. I have a family member having surgery on Monday morning and needed hot water in the house when they return home. If you can't do the job, just be upfront and say that you can't do the job. This company strings people along but doesn't deliver. I know how days can get out of hand and this company is probably quite capable, I can't attest. But transparency and communication are key. This company showed neither today.
