Good transaction. After setting up the appt, an automated system advised me of appt times and when the tech was on the way. The phone rep was very polite. They were professional, courteous, and kept to their timelines. Highly recommend.
I was staying at my daughter’s, and her garbage disposal wasn’t working. Henry’s was able to get someone there by the next day. The two gentleman that arrived to work on the disposal were very polite and professional. They quickly found the problem, fixed it and then showed me how to fix the problem myself it ever happened again. I would definitely recommend them!
We cannot say enough good things about Henry Plumbing! They came through for us on extremely short notice (less than 24 hours in advance) and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such great service. Huge shoutout to Tonya, she was amazing to work with! So responsive, helpful, and truly made things happen when we were in a time crunch. Henry Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with. We were caught off guard with the need for two hot water tank replacements, and the job was handled quickly, professionally and very aggressively priced. Tonya in the office was super professional and speedy. Communication was top notch including call, text and email notifications. I never had a question about expectations. The estimate team was able to come out same day and explained all necessary repairs. The install team was thorough and professional and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Henry Plumbing to anyone in the greater Savannah area!
Did a fantastic job. Had a sulphuric smell anytime I ran the hot water and a partial clog in the upstairs tub. The technician came cycled the water in the hot water heater and unclogged the drain. Everything is working as it should. Thank you Henry plumbing for great service at a reasonable price.
