Help!! Plumbing Electrical Heating and Air

The GFI for my garage and outdoor outlets kept tripping and since my freezer is on that circuit I was worried I would lose the food in the freezer and had just restocked what I lost with power outages during the hurricane. Charlie made time to come right out, traced down the problem and fix everything quickly. He was very professional and polite, just a nice man. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend HELP!! and I will be calling on him again :)

Charlie Thacker with Help Plumbing has done work for me in the past, so when the pipes in my master bathroom started making noises I called to ask them to take a look. I'd read it could be air in the pipes or a water pressure issue. Ended up to be an easy fix with an adjustment to the apparatus in the tank. While here Charlie mentioned he performs HVAC checkups, which I did not know. I'd not had my Spring tune up so asked him to examine the unit. Wow, what a surprise to find out the builders had completely omitted putting in the * installation manual* advised trap in the condensate line, had a transition from a 2" to 3" pipe located incorrectly, cut a drain line too short !!! Yikes ! And for several years I'd had the installation company come every spring to check the system and they never mentioned any of these items. Charlie will be returning to correct these errors so I can be assured all will operate properly. Glad I had Charlie take a look before there were problems. And you can be sure I will call Help Plumbing every Spring for HVAC tune ups !!

Charlie has been our heating & air guy for many years. We built our home 24 yrs ago and decided to go with Geothermal heating & cooling.We have 2 units . Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with one unit and the original installer wasn’t available any longer. We searched for a new technician and found that Charlie was very knowledgeable in geothermal. He became our technician and got the original units running like they should. He kept them going until about 5 yrs ago we decided to upgrade to newer more efficient systems. He did all the installation and does any maintenance needed. We just recently had him install a new hot water heater. Also did some maintenance on the units.You will not find any one more knowledgeable and efficient as Charlie is. He’s dependable and reliable. We’re very pleased with his work and think very highly of him. We wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. We know if we need him in an emergency he will be here. We know that whatever he works on the work will be done right and trust him completely.

We consider Charlie as our "personal electrician" and the go to for our plumbing, heating and air needs. Charlie has worked on several of our projects. One being our historic downtown home that was handled with kid gloves during our renovation. Working on a home that was built in 1893 is no easy task. That was ten years ago and Charlie is still with us! Charlie is also the lead in our upcoming kitchen renovation that takes specialized knowledge and care. Charlie has agreed to "HELP" us with our upcoming commercial projects as well as our HHI project. A blessing for sure!

I’ve known Charlie for years! He’s an honest and hardworking man that knows what he’s doing when it comes to electrical and plumbing! I hired him to install my home EV charger. I bought a level 2 home charger that required some home upgrades and changes. His work is neat and clean and solid! I would recommend him for any of your residential or commercial needs! Pictures of his work attached. Thank you, Charlie! Update: I just had him upgrade my outside panel and he knocked it out ahead of schedule and arranged the inspector. He's now my go to electrician.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to express the excellent job Charlie did! He basically replumbed my whole house. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable through the entire process. For the amount of work and the confined space he had to work in I thought Helps prices were very reasonable. He does excellent work and goes above and beyond what is asked of him. He took the time to staple our insulation back up in several places that it had fallen down. If you are in need of a plumber I highly recommend Charlie and Help plumbing!

I recently had an electrical issue and contacted Help. Charlie was very professional, straightforward, and detailed as to what the first visit would entail. He was able to show up earlier than first thought and found the issue almost immediately. Explained everything in simple to understand terms. A secondary problem occurred later the same day and he came out again immediately and quickly found that issue. Very pleased, will recommend, and will use again if needed. Two thumbs up.

You never know when a plumbing emergency will happen, but it seems like it is not during normal business hours! Well that was true for us when we walked into a pond of water in the basement after dinner. I called one plumber and he said he could come by the next evening. I then reached out to Help!! Plumbing and they came that night. Basement leak was fixed and we had hot showers that very night. Thanks so much! Happy wife, happy life!

My water heater went out. I called Charlie at HELP and he was at my house first thing the next morning. He not only replaced my water heater but also fixed the mounting stand that was deteriorating at no extra charge. I would HIGHLY reccomend this company!!
