Reasonable pricing. Faucet install of 2 faucets we supplied. Work was done very timely. A small snafu occurred but they were able to return same day in less than 30 min after I called and problem was corrected. Highly recommend this company!

They were polite, professional and quickly replaced my pump. They came within 24 hrs… they would’ve come sooner, but I wasn’t available sooner. I was very impressed with them. I would call them again.

They responded quickly to my request for service. They came in and determined what was leaking. Returned with the proper materials and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Job well done.

Had them replace an element on a water heater after almost flooding my basement they couldn’t get me hot water ended up calling arlinghaus was better satisfied with the customer service from them

I will start by saying they did 99.9% of the job very well. In January of 2021 we had the “entire water main” replaced from “house to meter base” quotations are stated on invoice. ($3,100) In January of 2023 we discovered we had another leak not in the house but in between the meter and the house, the water main. After spending another $500 for leak detection services we found that the leak was close to the meter. Called Helmer back out as they replaced the main line. It turned out Helmer did not replace the brass nut on the meter when “replacing the entire line” in 2021. Helmer then charged us $500 to replace this brass nut. I would not recommend them unless you want to personally manage the project to make sure 100% of the job is done the 1st time around. I still stand by everything I said! But after this post Helmer plumbing mailed back the $500 for the last repair replacing the bass nut.

We called to fix 2 toilets. I was given a price, timeline, and explanation of what they could do. Wayne came out and explained everything in detailed and replaced some old parts. He was both professional and conscientious. I mentioned an issue we were having with low water pressure and, and he offered to check our home's pressure from the street. He was then able to suggest replacing our water pressure valve (a smaller job than i thought), so I went ahead and scheduled that job as well! Reasonable prices and great service!
