This is an excellent company I have used for a house addition (bathroom) 10 yrs ago, and since then a toilet leak issue, sink faucet replacement as well as outside faucets. This past summer/fall they were able to help find and repair a major (sub slab foundation) leak, and then most recently helped me determine a leak was NOT coming from a pipe in the ceiling, but was a roof flashing leak instead!! They’ve always done a great job and listen to owner input! If I’ve ever had any complaint, is was dealt with graciousness and MORE THAN fair treatment! Needed our main line cleared in a hurry. They sent someone next day, cleared the drain and also spotted an issue with the city drain as well. Everything was wrapped up by late afternoon. Bryan was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be calling Heeter Plumbing any time we have a need for service. Highly satisfied customer.
