Do not hire them, I repeat DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THEM TO GIVE YOU A QUOTE. This place is a scam. They are a middle man for other plumbers, the one they sent me was called Flow Plumbing. I was told that there would be a charge of $125 to have a technician come and troubleshoot my leak. The plumber arrived and took a look then told me that he could troubleshoot and it would cost $650 but the cost would roll into the final repair bill. He ends up putting 3 holes in my wall which were just a hammer to the sheet rock. Getting wet sheet rock everywhere, he finally found the leak then quoted me a cost Of $3200. His cost only included replacing the pipe and not opening or closing the hole in the ceiling with sheet rock. Afterwards I told him that I wanted to get more quotes but he charged me $1000 instead of the $650 that I had agreed to. I ended up disputing the $1000 back to $650 which he reluctantly repaid. In speaking with another plumber the $650 “troubleshooting fee” was total BS. Also the repair itself including hiring a sheetrock contractor was well below $3200.
