my husband and i got a new fridge and needed a plumber to install a water line for the ice and water dispenser. after calling around Arcadia, i finally found a plumbing company that could help us quickly. i talked to miguel on the phone—he was very friendly and professional. i explained that our fridge was arriving soon and he got us on the schedule in just 2 days! billy and miguel came out, walked us through the whole process, and finished the water line installation in less than an hour. they did a great job and were really polite. we plan to have them back soon for some outdoor faucet repairs. today, billy and miguel came by to do a full plumbing inspection on our house in Arcadia. they were supposed to come later in the afternoon, but called to see if they could start early, which worked out great. both of them introduced themselves and were very respectful. i had been thinking about getting two new toilets, and they let me know they could take care of it right away. they left to pick up the toilets, came back, and had both installed in just a few hours. they explained all the work and prices clearly. i highly recommend this plumbing crew, and we’ll definitely have them back to help with our outdoor water spigots soon!
