Shraga was able to identify the root cause and fix the leak while saving me thousands of dollars on the water heater replacement that didn't need to be done as suggested by another plumber. We found our "go to" plumber.

Timely response convenient to my scheduling needs. Shraga spent a considerable amount of time trying to diagnose my issue...as per Murphy's law the leak magically disappeared when the plumber looked for it. However I had some other odds and ends to get his advice about so he patiently and diligently checked them all out. In the end all I needed was an estimate for a faucet installation. Despite spending over an hour at my house he refused to charge me extra for anything. He's professional, knows his stuff, kind and patient. I look forward to having him install my new kitchen faucet and now I know who to call when I have plumbing needs without fearing for my wallet. I recommend him highly. UPDATE: have had him install a kitchen faucet that I already had. He advised me about my 96 year old house without trying to sell me on more and did a great job with attention to details. Will definitely call him again in the future.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Back in this freezing February we had, my hvac system was having issues causing my electric bill to be over $50 a day. I was going on vacation for a month so wanted to turn the heat off during this time but needed my water and water heater turned off and pipes drained to be able to do this. I called Shraga to see if he could do that and he said he could but the only issue was that he was booked until Friday. I told him that was ok and that I’d just leave the heating on for the next few days till Friday. Shraga then called me back a few hours later and told me that his childhood buddy Joni was in a similar line of work and that he would actually be able to get to me the next day and do it for me. I told him I felt bad that he wouldn’t be getting the business but he said it was no problem and that he understood that it would cost me more than $200 in electricity to wait for him till Friday so he would rather get it taken care for me as soon as possible. He was willing to lose out on the $ to help save me $. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty these days and I really appreciated it. He got me in contact with his friend Joni who was also amazing. Joni came and took care of it the next day, did it for the same very fair price that Shraga had quoted me, and even took the time to explain how I could do it myself if I wanted. Both Shraga and Joni were extremely friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend anyone with plumbing needs to give Shraga a call!

Shraga, from Harrisburg Plumbers, did a great job replacing some shutoff valves and an outdoor spigot. This is the second time he's done work at my house. The first was a crisis situation with a pipe break in the basement. Both times he exceeded my expectations in every way. Shraga is very professional and easy to deal with, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
