I had 2 other companies out before calling Hardy. The customer service, from taking my appointment, all the way to fixing the issue, was seamless - the price was also very fair. I’ll definitely use them for any plumbing future issue.

After all the snow and recent rain, there was a gurgling sound coming from my basement. Upon further investigation, one of my two sump pumps was spitting water everywhere, and the well was filled to the brim. The other sump pump was silent... too silent. Luckily there was no flooding, yet. After asking Google who the best, most highly rated local plumbers were, the first name to come up was Hardy Plumbing, with a 5-star rating. I would like to continue the trend, as after calling them, they came out the next day, diagnosed the issues (one busted sump pump and one completely dead sump pump), temporarily fixed the one to release the built up water, and then came back the next day to replace both pumps. Amanda on the phones and Nate and Justin with the plumbing know-how were all super kind, professional and provided great service! I have found my go to plumber for all future needs, and highly recommend this company!

Wayne has been here several times to fix things I have needed done. He has been wonderful, efficient and very friendly. He answers all of my questions, is very patient and has great ideas. He has saved me from spending unnecessary money. I have spoken to Amanda, Justin and Jake and everyone is so nice and helpful. It has been easy to get appointments. After dealing with a frustrating experience with another contractor who failed to show up, this company was a huge relief. From the start, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. Amanda, the Office and Operations Manager, was especially wonderful to work with. She was friendly, communicative, and very professional throughout the scheduling process. The company also has a great system in place—they send a reminder link ahead of time to confirm your appointment and even send a text when the technician is about 30 minutes away, which I really appreciated. When the technician arrived, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and got straight to resolving the issue. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and make sure the job was done properly. After the earlier hiccup with another company, I was grateful they were able to get me scheduled within 48 hours and take care of the problem without any hassle. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would absolutely hire them again in the future.

Now when I say words like “family” “care” and “love” you might think of your mother, your father, or perhaps even your daughter. Me? I think of Hardy Plumbing and their adept plumber Wayne. Wayne shows up quicker than your McDonald’s DoorDash, expertly diagnoses the problem before the County does, and shows so much care and attention to his craft that even my father wanted him to stay for dinner - and my father doesn’t cook for just anyone, mostly because he passed back in 2012 but that just speaks to the level of service that I received from Wayne and Hardy Plumbing. He stood, moist “Hey Dudes!” on his feet, in 3 inches of sewage water with composure that rivaled even Tom Brady in his super bowl against the Falcons, and manually helped me HIMSELF to take care of the water in MY basement, and he doesn’t even pay rent! If you are considering anyone for your plumbing needs, look no further because they’ve got your back, and your front, and hell they might even tuck you in at night. Call this place and ask for Wayne IMMEDIATELY.

I was very impressed with Hardy Plumbing! I had an emergency situation with my shower handle coming loose and my water wouldn't turn off in the middle of the night! I called for an estimate, and spoke with Amanda who was really nice and helpful while I was an anxious mess. The prices were reasonable with or without me purchasing the parts myself. Hardy fit me in on the same day I called them which was a Friday. They gave me a 1-4pm window and the plumber arrived at 12:45. He was polite, knowledgeable, showed & explained to me what he was going to do, and got right down to business. My shower was repaired and working again in just under an hour! They had payment options including putting a card on file, which isn't charged until they're done and you're satisfied. They even looked at a leak under the kitchen sink and gave us a price on replacing the faucet for free. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would highly recommend Hardy Plumbing to any friends and family!

We just had the best experience with Harding Plumbing! They couldn’t be more responsive. The initial phone call was with Amanda. She was so sweet and empathetic. They were able to come out the same day we called with no extra “emergency same-day fees”. I explained to her that water was running down inside the wall and coming out of our light switch plate. We immediately turned off the water and electric breaker expecting this job to be a nightmare. The plumber who came was Auggie. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Auggie found the problem quickly, fixed it, and the price was less than any plumber I’ve ever hired. I am so happy I finally found a good, trustworthy and reasonable plumbing company! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

We called Hardy Plumbing when our basement flooded from a washing machine waste line leak. Our "regular" plumber wouldn't even answer our call - and it was his failure to glue a pipe that caused the leak. Amanda was able to schedule an appointment in two hours. When Wayne arrived he not only fixed that problem, but solved the slow drain issue that was a chronic problem. Wayne was efficient, personable, and even made friends with our puppy. The cost was extremely reasonable, and half what we expected to pay. I have a new plumber for my 1950's house. You will not regret switching to Hardy Plumbing. Old school customer service and expertise - such a winning combination!

I recently had my entire main water line removed and replaced by Hardy Plumbing LLC and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial diagnostic to the final backfill, the team was professional, transparent about pricing, and incredibly hard-working. They handled the excavation with care and made sure our water was back on as quickly as possible. It’s a huge relief to have this done right. At the same time, they swapped out our old water heater for a new, high-efficiency unit. I was worried about the mess, but the crew was extremely respectful of my property and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend them for any major plumbing needs.

Hardy Plumbing made this an easy, no-stress fix from start to finish. I had them out to repair a leaking/aging faucet on my basement utility sink, and they handled it exactly how you’d hope. Scheduling was straightforward, they showed up right on time, and took a few minutes to walk me through the repair vs. replacement options so I knew what made the most sense. Once we landed on a plan, they got to work and had the faucet fixed quickly. They were respectful of the space, kept the area clean, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Had a slow to drain faucet in my master bathroom and Wayne from Hardy Plumbing came out to diagnose and solve the issue in only a few minutes! Excellent service, excellent price for what we needed done, Wayne was incredibly friendly and helpful and will absolutely be calling up Hardy for any future plumbing issues. Wayne even took the time to explain what we were doing wrong and how we could prevent it, plus showed me the cause of the issue! I’d highly recommend Hardy to anyone in the greater Baltimore area

I am so impressed! Wayne just came over to check out this loud noise that was coming from my toilet when it flushes. It was a simple twist of the valve to loosen it. I was so embarrassed lol! I might need to tell my wife he was here for hours and hours and got it fixed. Anyway, he didn’t make me feel stupid at all And gave me some recommendation to get a new water heater. I’m going to call the shop after the holidays and have you guys install a new one as mine is outdated.

I am happy to recommend Hardy Plumbing! We had an issue with very low water pressure and figured out that the main from the water meter to the house was original and galvanized steel piping. Replacement with excavation was the only solution. I got three estimates. Hardy was middle bid but not significantly higher than low bid. Justin got us back on line and up to new code in an efficient and timely fashion. It is much appreciated! I will keep them as a valuable resource.

Job was to connect gas with utility company. This can be challenging. I can not praise Hardy Plumbing enough. Amanda was wonderful, constantly on top of things and communicating rapidly and clearly. The plumber was wonderful and communicated clearly and providing honest updates of any challenges that he encountered. Always calling me to provide update and seek approvals for any curveballs that came up.
