Justin and Amanda at Hardy Plumbing were great to work with! Amanda is very thorough as office manager. She listened to my whole story over the phone about my aerator on my faucet sink. I sent her pictures of the problem so she could show Justin the pics ahead of time. Justin was very kind to not charge me for this job. I told him how last year the main water pipes had burst on my street in 3 places in a span of just 1 month. After that my water pressure hasn't really been the same. He showed me how silt was forming in my aerator on both sides of my sink faucets. So frustrating. Justin replaced the aerator and now I'm getting water back in the faucet. Thank you to Justin and Hardy Plumbing! I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Also a side note-He was very professional and even took off his shoes when he entered my house as he saw that I was wearing slippers. What a nice gesture of respect. 😊

Hardy Plumbing installed our new hybrid (electric heat pump) water heater and our water leak detector auto-shut off (Moen Flo) and did an outstanding job. Hardy Plumbing is an outstanding company to do business with. They were quick to respond to my call. Scheduled a estimate visit on my timeframe and scheduled the work on my schedule also. I also can not say enough good things about Wayne who came and did the estimate and then the work! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and concerns in a respectful manner. He explained everything that her recommended to be done, pointed out other items that could wait but we should keep an eye on, and what to look for if a problem was starting to occur. He presented himself in clean clothe with the companies name and logo so I know who was at my door. He worked efficiently, was considerate of my phone calls, and cleaned up completely after the job. I had a pipe burst and called Hardy to come out to assist. They were quick to respond and send out a plumber to assess the damage and help with the burst pipe. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail everything that would need to be done. He was able to replace the piping and replace the water heater as well. Not only did Wayne get the pipes fixed and install the new water heater, he also helped me out by calling a water mitigation company to come out clean up the water throughout the basement. This was my first experience with dealing with a burst pipe and thanks to Wayne and the team, they made an emergency situation not as stressful. I would highly recommend Hardy; and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service. They replaced my water heater. From the get go Amanda is great at explaining the options for the replacement as well as scheduling a visit to get a proper estimate. When they arrived to do the estimate they explained to me what the work would be, how long it'd take as well as what'd be necessary in preparation for the replacement. The day of the replacement they were nothing but great at explaining the work, removing the old water heater and installating the new one with great attention to detail. I'd recommend Hardy Plumbint to anyone.

Great service from Justin and Hardy plumbing. Had a water heater leak on Easter Sunday. They returned my call early Monday and were available Monday afternoon. I couldn’t make that work l, so set up for Tuesday between 10-12. They called in advance of coming and were right on time. Heater needed replacement, which was done in a couple hours for a very fair price. Hard to find that level of service these days. Hope not to see them again soon , but when I need a plumber, they are who I’ll call. Thanks again for the great work!!

Justin Perkins is an extraordinary plumber and person. He is highly skilled and most importantly he cares. The faucet in my bathtub had a slow leak. A replacement part was not available. The faucet was 14 years old. The part could not be easily purchased on line. Justin was persistent even though Toto supply was very slow in responding> Due to Justin’s diligence the part was obtained and of story. We all live happily ever after. Justin Perkins company is our hero..

I could not have been more pleased with the services Hardy Plumbing provided. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and professional. The company worked with us to accommodate our timeline for the repairs and other logistics. Justin, our plumber, was very competent and explained the problem and the necessary repairs very well. They were polite, respectful, efficient and communicative every step of the way, all during what was a very stressful situation for us as homeowners! We had a leaking pipe behind the wet wall of a shower. Wayne came out, assessed the problem, and replaced the necessary piping and fixtures. Adding to the difficulty of the job was that the other side of the wet wall was an open stairwell. We were extremely satisfied with the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism Wayne provided and the pricing from Hardy was better than we expected.

We were delighted! There's a saying that goes, "Fast, cheap, and good: pick any two." We got all three. We called Hardy Plumbing at 2:50 PM on New Year's Eve because the pilot on our gas water heater wouldn't seem to relight. Justin arrived at 3:30, was done by 3:40, and was cheerful and friendly throughout, for only a $50 dispatch fee. Saved the day.

We had Hardy Plumbing install a line and regulatory to connect a propane tank to our range in the basement. Wayne was knowledgeable and efficiency. He explained everything he was doing and verified that the line was working properly. He was punctual and neat. We would recommend Hardy Plumbing and plan on using them as needs arise in the future.
