The most professional, knowledgeable and personable man I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We called Ted late on a Friday night with an emergency water outage and not only was he here bright and early the very next morning, but he had the problem resolved before lunch time came around. Definitely thankful to have found our new go-to plumbing company, especially all the way out here in Loxahatchee! We HIGHLY recommend Hardenburgh Plumbing!!

Top notch! Ted Hardenburgh did a fantastic job and replaced our water heater seamlessly. It wasn’t an emergency replacement thankfully, but it was time to replace our 15 year old water heater. I spoke with Ted on the phone to discuss replacement options and scheduled an appointment for Friday of that week. He arrived on time and the price he quoted was what we paid. BTW all things being equal, Ted was $450 less than my other quote. Totally professional and highly recommend Ted, he did a great job!

We had water in the carpeting in our closet. We called Ted Hardenburgh to help up. He showed up when promised and exhibited excellent professionalism. He was courteous and informative. He did his due diligence and determined the source of the leak was the A/C unit and not the plumbing. He referred up to an A/C person and refused payment. He is honest - a rare trait. VERY early Mother's Day morning we awoke to the sound of running water. After shutting off the main, I looked for a plumber - my criteria was time in business, how the person represented the business on the Internet, and the reviews. Hardenburgh plumbing was the very first call I made, and probably one of the best calls I made. Ted Hardenburgh came out quickly, explored our plumbing setup, did leak detection, and gave us a plan. He was reassuring, secured our property from further damage, and by Tuesday had put a temporary fix in place that included hot water and two options for a permanent fix. His charges were very reasonable, and his service EXCEPTIONAL. We cannot recommend him enough in this review. Thank you, Ted.

Ted fixed a few issues with my house, replacing water heater, removing water softener, replacing valves, shower pipes, and a few other plumbing issues. I was impressed on how he would stay until the one job he started to work on was completed. I can't thank him enough for his skills and time as there were quite a few issues that needed to be addressed. I felt like a priority when we spoke and he did an excellent job fixing everything that was wrong. Trustworthy also played a big roll and I would recommend his services to anyone that has plumbing issues!
